Yup. Once I rerolled Sir Morgant, an AR/En to AR/Elec. It fits his concept a lot more now, and aside from the bemoaning of Thunder Strike compared to Total Focus, I have never once regretted the change. I utterly despised the pink fists of /Energy, and the fact that divine lightning made a lot more sense than divine energy.
Though I do miss Boost Range, and, again, Total Focus is way better than Thunder Strike...Shocking Grasp, the non-pink fists, Electric Fence, and sheer badassery more than make up for it.
I once though to 'continue' my main's story, by combining him with a Nictus. I really missed using fire, so I wrote a story in where the Nictus revealed it truly had evil intentions.
Burning Brawler forced it out through willpower, and now Nictus Brawler is added to his extensive list of arch-enemies.

Has anyone ever rerolled an existing character, keeping the same name and story, but with new powersets? If so did you work the powerset change into the character story? Were you pleased with the rework?
Please share your experiences. I am cautiously considering doing this.
