Second: To answer your question, the Arachnos symbol comes from the preorder, along with the special helmet, iirc. You can still get it, I believe, but it's not from 'a dvd that says City of Villains', it's from a CD that says City of Villains Preorder Disk (I believe). If you have that (a friend who got an extra for whatever reason, some game stores might still sell/give away any extras they didn't sell at the time, or if that's what you meant in the first place, etc), you need to 'Upgrade' your PlayNC account with the Preorder Code that came with the disk (again, IIRC) to get the bonuses.

Assuming that's true, you have to go to your NCSoft account page, click "Account Details" under your CoV subcription, click UPGRADE and input the key printed on your disc case.

Okay, sorry for late reply, but I realized my mistake. I had it wrong because I had preordered the collector's edition, which screwed up my recollection of what came from which.
Hi everyone. I'm not sure if this has been posted on before, but, here goe. I'm just wondering how to get the Arachnos symbols on you Character? I've already got a dvd that says City of Villians, but I'm still not sure what to do next? Can someone please help me out?
And if this has been posted before, can you please tell me how to get rid of this one then?
