Can i get some answers that don't invole coloring it in on photoshop or any other image editing system and something I can go buy at the arts and crafts store. I'm tired of using my ghetto taped together pencils.

Lately I've been using Dammit the Graphire III tablet, but if you're looking for traditional media, I also use prismacolor markers with colored pencils over that. It works really well for a deep color.

I use Prismacolor pencils they must have expired, they are all pale when i use them
