Using demo record for the very first time
Actually the knockback has improved quite a bit since I7 first came out. Enemies would just suddenly drop - it looked terrible. This is much bet.... GGGAAAHH! What happened to that big Lost guy, just floating? Oh dear.
If you're using demos then you don't need to use FRAPS. You can actually do a demodump at a fixed FPS value, get a ton of screenshots, then load those into either Windows MovieMaker or Virtual Dub. (Though this method doesn't work very well if you're trying to show off physics. FRAPS might work better there.)

lol! yes, but i swear it was nothing like that during the actual play session.
so far im happy with using fraps though, but i'll try that program you've suggested. any kind of tricks/techniques of sort that doesn't degrade the video quality will definitely be put to good use.
next project.....demo editting...jk! too many numbers and values and whatnots .
Mmmm, numbers are tasty!
It didn't happen like that in game. The timing on knockbacks is just a bit off still. We'll see if I8 makes them better.
Hmmm, is that character like this one? I think your's looks better.

heeey, wait a minute....this is supposed to be about the video, on how using demo record differs as the end result compared to previous ones ive done without it as the base footage....
besides, thats why i mentioned to "pay no attention to the costumes" for the non-fans of the tv show.
5 videos later, i finally learned how to use demorecord
...it is a test video so um...pay no attention to the costumes..

i like how i can fight and record scenes without the UI...but some graphics doesn't look right...especially from knocked down opponents....
