You need to use the url format in the forums of list a direct link. Most readers prefer the url style. It is easy to use in the regular replay section, hit url tab, then type your http adress, hit continue, then type the Tab name to show in the post, hit continue. This will create a hot linked tab.
I usually will copy the adress from my host site then Paste it into the url text line after then fact, I hate typing long adresses.

1. Upload your picture someplace (like http://www.imageshack.us/ for example).
2. If you are not doing a Quick Reply, click the little "URL" link below the box where you type your text in. It will ask you the URL and the text to put in.
2 Again. If you are doing a Quick Reply, just put it in yourself. It looks like {url=http://your.url.link/page.html}Text to appear{/url} only use square brackets instead of curly brackets.
