Though honestly, I didn't ask for it, I was like, "TEACH ME AHHHHHHH!" I was so 'green' to the whole process, I was half way expecting ummm..to NOT be paid, I thought I was more likely paying him with my coffee making skills and errand running skills and in the extra free time that I was saving him, he can throw some art lessons my way...

Turns out I was wrong.

Sorah is a girl, _BAS_ was referring to Sorah's mentor who happens to be a man of the opposite sex

The reference was to her art teacher keeping the free art, not Sorah herself.
