Okay...I think I got the pencils laid down. Two problems...I have never inked anything and the last time I used Prismacolors was back in highschool. That was 6 years ago. So before I go and mess this up I am gonna be practicing both of those. For now the pencils though.

I need more practice....... And skill. Get Norman Osborne, does getting turned into the Green Goblin give me more practice and skill?
