The Coliseum 2 [Open RP]
Ryan flew into the Colisuem wall making a crater, filled with dust. "AHHH GOD DAMN IT AAarrghhh [censored] oww, err..." Ryan screamed as he felt both of his sides. a bruised rib on one side and two broken ones where he got hit. Slaowly ryan stood up as the dust started to settle around him. favoring one leg more than the other, he did his best to stand straight. "Okay, you got me there!" Ryan shouted to the Rikti. Taking a moment to make sure the ribs were as close as they could be to normal, Ryan did a few hand simbols. Then standing tall once again he did a few hops and cracked his neck. "Ok, back in the game." Ryan siad before launching a few throwing knives and disappearing in a cloud of smoke.
"RRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!"
Coldfire shook the stadium launching ice in all directions and freezing the combatants. The woman, the psychic, the hitman, all asleep in their icey cages. Cold was drained and began crawling away. Slamming into the ground, Chertek walked over and aimed a gun at his head, "Go now: Before they: Wake up." Coldfire looked up at the Rikti and grinned, he stood up in a half slouch and walked to the gate, and then, out of the arena. He was overwhelmed, he had no choice.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
She saw Coldfire leave. Becky had said she would take his place if he was to lose. She walked to the guard gave him the required papers and entered the arena as the enemies CK had frozen thawed out. As she manifested her sword, she looked at the competion. A warrior. A psychic. A ninja. And the Rikti that had let CK live. Then she realized the other enemy in the rafters. He was nothing to be afraid of though. She watched her enemies and didn't move a muscle. The psychic was going to try something she knew, but what?
((Gotta love Frozen Aura.))
Since she was encased in ice, which wasn't exactly an abnormal occurance strangely enough, she had time to focus her mind, to raise her body temperature and prevent frostbite (OOC: This isn't a power, there's documented evidence that monks in some temples in Asia can actually do this)
While inside her own mind, she felt...an intrusion.
As soon as she was thawed, she knew who to attack: Schizo.
Mustering her strength, she leapt right at him and delivered an uppercut to his jaw.
Becky edged around the arena as she watched her opposition's movements. She wasn't a master fighter, she wasn't a ninja, but she did know one thing, running headfirst at a well trained enemy is stupid. As she edged toward the side with the psychic she studied him for a minute, watching his movements. He was obviously insane. He was unpredictable except at a view moments. His attacks for example, were broadcasted. As she watched the woman lunge at the psychic and the ninja rush the alien, she decided to take out the sniper. Flying into the rafters she readied her blade and said, "Hello [censored]."
"Not you too..." He muttered before bringing up the rifle as a melee weapon. Becky would find her blade couldn't cut the strong material this was made of.
"Kick, punch, kick, punch!" complained Schizo as he flew upward from the blow. He regained his balance. "Don't you know it's all in the mind?" Physical pain had little effect on his ability to target a mind, assuming it didn't dissolve his essence entirely (i.e. kill him). Assuming this girl had no further mental defenses to come, it would be a few seconds before he got in. Her mind was well disciplined but had poor defenses.
"I don't have to use my sword." Becky grinned as she landed on the rafters, "I have my legs!" With that Becky slammed both feet into the gun the goon was holding with massive force. Without the room to move out of the way, he went careening off the rafters slamming him into the ground. Becky hovered to the ground and watched, making sure that if the hitman did get back up, she would know.
((I'm beginning to have doubts I can win without going on and using my ace in the hole.))
((Oh well.))
The Hitman smiled.
A sudden force sent Becky flying out of the rafters, flooring her. When she inspected it further, she'd find a rubber bullet had been the cause.
The Family was taking potshots from out in the crowd.
Reishi jumped into the air, grabbed Schizo's head and flung him towards the ground straight below her, and set herself up to land on his torso.
As the door busted in the guards that worked for the Coliseum ran out and surrounded the Family. Four Crey Power Suited guards, six Rikti Headman, and 12 armored men walked out followed by Guard Master Mitchell. "You are all expelled from the arena. Leave now or we will MAKE you leave. As for your friends fighting, they are also eliminated. Those are the rules. You don't like it, to damn bad." Mitchell spat as his men took aim carefully at the Family, "You want to fight again, fight fair. Next time, you deal with me."
Picking herself up off the ground Becky looked at her arm. It had been popped out of its socket. With a fluid motion, Becky slammed it back in place and cracked her neck. She saw the guards in the audience dealing with the Family pot shotters and sat down for a moment to get her second wind. Looking around the arena she saw the woman still fighting the psychic. "Their next."
One of the Family members spoke up.
"Okay, okay, we'll..."
A long pause.
"SEE YOU IN HELL!"
The Family crowd erupts into gunfire.
With a crackle of fire the mass of guards unloaded their machine guns into the ranks of the family. Two of the guards flipped gatling guns over their backs and began firing hundreds of shells at the Family goons. The Rikti fired their plasma rifles into the midst of the smoke and the power tanks tore into the conflict with high powered energy. As the dust settled nothing was left of the entire section of the stands. The remains of the Family weren't much, if anything. "Clean up this damn mess." Mitchell said walking out the door back into the guard station.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Becky stood up and looked at the fight. Readying her broadsword she rushed the psychic, hoping to catch him off guard.
((Coliseum defense has upgraded. You just fought the equivilant of level 60s.))
((Okay - It's fine. I mean, my Family gladiator can't win, so it'd follow no other Family could.))
((Moving right along...))
Reikoff cracked his knuckles, staring up at the new Coliseum.
He'd have fun with this one.
((Kewl, Reikoff's back!!!))
Not saying anything to the guards or registrars, he continues on straight to the arena gates.
They know why he's here.
The doors swing open to admit a late fighter. In one swift motion, this newcomer flings gas grenades across the arena.
The girl kicked right through Schizo's torso, splitting him in two. The half with the head grinned. She can't have been expecting THAT to happen.
The two halves of Schizo dropped to the ground. Schizo's blood, which appeared to change color so rapidly it was almost blinding, began to bubble. It rose into the air and formed into a humanoid shape as Schizo, gasping, literally pulled himself back together. The whole surreal affair had greatly damaged his essence, and he needed to recover. Besides, he had almost found the girl's mind, and the shock of trying to figure out what just happened would only make it easier.
((Which girl?))
((Reishi. Sorry, can never remember her name.))
Reishi grinned widely.
"So, ye ain't human, cool, I don't have to hold back then," she said.
Reishi cared nothing for special powers or other hoodoo. If it could fight, that's all she cared about.
Instead she delivered a powerful kick to his head, followed by an overhead slam onto his shoulders.
If she couldn't beat him by attacking his vitals, she'd just pound the crap out of him.
Finally. Schizo had it. His essence nearly destroyed by now, Schizo didn't care. With a swift mental gesture, he crushed Reishi's mind, rendering her helpless.
Now, he just had to drive a thorn through her and that was that. Getting up to do so, Schizo saw Becky coming at him out of the corner of his eye.
Uh-oh.
As Becky hit him, there was a blinding flash of light. Fish dropped from the sky, voices whispered in the distance, and rainbow grass grew from the ground. Schizophrenias was gone. Though he could never die as long as his creator Hallucinogen lived, it would take days before his essence could reform.

Meanwhile, a late addition to the roster was waiting his turn to get into the action.
"Do you not know who I am?" said the man, standing at the registration desk dressed in a top hat and tuxedo, and holding a small, harmless looking pistol. "I am James H. Fell, Attorney at law. I have never lost a case, or a fight. Now let me in so I can win."
Reishi's mind wasn't 'crushed' as Schizo had hoped.
No, what happened was much, much worse.
By attempting to destroy her mind, he had instead activated a mental trigger, suppressed in the dark corners of her mind.
The animalistic look in her eyes increased. No longer a focused martial artist, she was in a complete frenzy.
Internally, the wounded mental manifestation of Tenryuu Reishi did battle with the mental manifestation of this savage form.
With ease, Reishi slammed her fist into Becky's jaw, sending her flying across the arena.
James H. Fell walked casually into the arena. He looked around at the violent battles going on and shrugged. "Amateurs," he said.
He took out his pistol and loaded it.
"[censored]!" Becky yelled rushing at Reishi and slaming the hilt of her sword into her face causing a bruise the size of a golfball to appear below her eye. Becky jumped into the air and wrapped her legs around Reishi's head and flipped her and slammed her onto her back. Becky wasn't strong, she wasn't fast, and she didn't have very amazing powers, but she could regenerate. If Reishi wanted a fight, she was in for a long one.
HER.
Schizophrenias was not pleased to see the stupid physical-attack-queen in action again. Not waiting to see what his water spout did, he began frantically searching for her mind. If he found it and crushed it, it wouldn't matter if she had the strength of forty ancient gods of battle. She'd still be left helpless.
