Thank you very much for this. For my last 2 characters, I was more conscious of doing more story arcs and less newspaper missions, and still ended up outleveling a couple, because I tried to finish every arc, wondering if there was a badge in it somewhere. Now I have 3 printed pages that tell me all I need to know. Much appreciated.

Hello, my name is Chromium Man and Im a content-aholic. Ive been playing CoH/V since the first day of CoH Live and I have a bit of a problem with trying to see all the content of the game over and over again. My SG-mates tease me because I level so slowly and Im always trying to get all the story arcs with every new character. Im also a bit of a badge-aholic, having earned over 200 badges on three different characters.
City of Villains is a content-aholics worst nightmare. Before I7, it was already almost impossible to see all the content on one character without completely alienating my friends and refusing every team invitation I received. The early levels are especially difficult as there are two badge missions you need to receive before level 10 and its quite easy to inadvertently outlevel them.
With I7 come Mayhem Missions, which are just about the most fun thing Ive ever done in CoH/V and now, more so than ever, it is impossible to see all the content and get all the badges without being a complete neurotic mess. Thats why Ive decided to change my ways. Content be damned, I just want to get as many badges as I can and blow sh-tuff up on Mayhem Missions. This guide is the minimalists guide to getting the CoV Accomplishment badges. This is the very least that you need to do to get all of the Accomplishment badges from level 1-40 while still enjoying teaming with your friends and really taking your time on Mayhem Missions. I hope it helps you because I know its going to help me. This is my first attempt at a guide (and I hope someone else hasnt done this before me). · Initial Contact: Kalinda
· Level 5: Port Oakes Broker (Mikey the Ear or Drea the Hook).
· Do three Newspaper Missions and a Mayhem Mission: Choose Mr. Bocor.
· Do three Newspaper Missions and a Mayhem Mission: Choose Angelo Vendetti.
· Mr. Bocor: Complete the mission Retrieve the Loa Bone to receive the BONE COLLECTOR badge.
· Angelo Vendetti: Complete the mission Deal with Niles Worthington to receive the STONE COLD badge.
· Level 10: Mr. Bocor will introduce you to the Radio.
· Radio: Complete the mission Steal Outbreak from the Lost to receive the PLAGUE CARRIER badge.
· Do three Newspaper Missions and a Mayhem Mission from your Cap Au Diable broker: Choose Dr. Shelley Percy.
· Do three Newspaper Missions and a Mayhem Mission from your Cap Au Diable broker: Choose Peter Themari.
· Dr. Shelly Percy: Complete the mission Steal Samples of the Facemakers Chemicals to receive the MASK MAKER badge.
· Level 15: Peter Themari will introduce you to Willy Wheeler.
· Willy Wheeler: Complete mission Defeat all Arachnos Personnel to receive the PARAGON OF VICE badge.
· Level 20: Do five Newspaper Missions and a Mayhem Mission for your Sharkhead Isle broker: Choose Lorenz Ansaldo.
· Do five Newspaper Missions and a Mayhem Mission for your Sharkhead Isle broker: Choose Vince Dubrowski.
· Lorenz Ansaldo: Complete mission Take Down Sea Witch to receive the SEAWEED badge.
· Lorenz Ansaldo: Complete mission Bust the Dockworkers Strike to receive the STRIKEBREAKER badge.
· Vince Dubrowski: Complete mission Retrieve the Shipment for Crash to receive the SLAG REAPER badge.
· After completing several missions for Lorenz Ansaldo, he will introduce you to Operative Vargas.
· Level 25: Operative Vargas will introduce you to Operative Kirkland.
· Operative Kirkland: Complete mission Take Out Negotiator and Witnesses to receive the AGENT OF DISCORD badge.
· Earn the LOREKEEPER badge by reading the following plaques:
o Cap Au Diable (-1712, 0, -1108): Northeast of Aeon City.
o Mercy Island (-907, 97, -377): 90 yds West of Mongoose.
o Port Oakes (-1550, 35, 1945): South of the Mercy Island ferry, at the end of a rocky peninsula.
o Sharkhead Isle (-833, 0, -400): South end of the parking lot that is West of the Rogue Isles ferry.
· Speak to Archmage Tarixus (793, 16, 1780).
· Archmage Tarixus: Complete mission Offer Soul of Akarist to receive the SOUL TAKER badge.
· Level 30: Complete five Newspaper Missions and a Mayhem Mission for your Nerva Archipelago broker: Choose Shadowy Figure.
· Complete five Newspaper Missions and a Mayhem Mission for your Nerva Archipelago broker: Choose Darla Mavis.
· Complete five Newspaper Mission and a Mayhem Mission for your St. Martial broker: Choose Hard Luck.
· Darla Mavis will introduce you to Psymon Omega.
· Hard Luck: Complete mission The Unlucky Artifacts to receive the BAD LUCK badge.
· Shadowy Figure will introduce you to Timothy Raymond.
· Timothy Raymond: Complete mission Eliminate KitVul to receive the EXTERMINATOR badge.
· Level 35: Hard Luck will introduce you to Basse Croupier.
· Basse Croupier: Complete mission Catch the Freakshow Debtor Before he Skips Town to receive the SKIP TRACER badge.
· Level 35: Psymon Omega will introduce you to Technician Naylor.
· Technician Naylor: Complete mission Attack Longbow Portal Base to receive the PORTAL HOPPER badge.
Thats it for now. Ill cover the 40-50 badges as I get there. Dont forget that theres an exploration badge in each different Mayhem Mission map for a total of nine different badges. Here are the coordinates for each:
