The Agency (Semi-open RP)
"Ow...rrrg." Shinji got back up, and began to gather energy for an attack.
Void at first didn't realize what was the matter with Ryan as he made another punch at the guard. His cowl kept the gas from affecting him, and even then, his mother had taught him meditative techniques so he could stay awake in the stuff for at least six hours.
When he realized it was sleeping gas, he decided to use it to his advantage, and stepped behind the guard. He pressed two fingers into a point on the side of his neck to hurry along the sleeping.

OOC: Darn, not even a chance to pull out my cool weapon. Oh well, another day perhaps.
BIC: Donald choked and tried to spit out as much of the poisen as he could but he was too disoriented from what had happened and couldn't clear his head. Weakly moving his arms as the overdose of poisen began to take effect, Donald found only one thing circling through his mind.
Protect the codes.
Not even considering that all those goverment sponsered hypno-lessons had finally paid off, the agent slapped his hand down on his watch and pressed a small button hidden in between two other buttons. This both erased the bomb codes that were hidden on the second chip inside the watch and alerted the soldiers out side that something had gone horribly wrong.

"What the hell was that, sir?"
"It means this operation is now officially [censored], son. Call in the patrols and hit up the active radar. Have Ramsey's squad cover the rear entrance and put Smith on crowd control. Tell everyone else to pull out their anti-meta gear. The least we can do is try to capture one of thoses bastards and find out who ordered this hit."
"Yes, sir!"

Ryan shoke off the drowsyness and watched as Donald hit the alarm. "[censored], take care of these two." Ryan snapped at the others as he quickly slid Donalds mask over his . Then quickly tearing off his origonal mask. Fixing the voice masking device as he went outside of the room. Quickly making sure he and the Un guy had the same suit on Ryan ran out into the main hallway. Then shouting to the incoming troop, "Sorry bout that guys, accedently hit the button. Don't worry everythings fine." Hope thuis works.

OOC: Cause..... they flew over Donald's head as he died due to the poisen?
EDIT: I'll reply to Ryan after Commie posts.

(OOC: Ok that makes sense...that does mean the cufflink hit the wall and is still spilling out what little gas is left though.)
Asuka moved quickly, grabbing the watch from the unconscious and/or dead guy. Ryan could fool the guys outside but if they came inside and found a dead body with the signal watch on it, it would raise more questions than a dead body with no watch. Plausible deniability.
Asuka waited for Ryan to re-enter the room before tossing him the watch.
"Put it on," she said, turning to face the remaining people in the room, raising her cell phone stiletto
(OOC: Sorry, I was going to post a lot more but suddenly real life was like "Lol, no.")
Feliks was making his way to the elevator when he heard the panicked shouting of the guests above him. He wasnt able to make out the exact words spoken, but it was very obvious that someone had just been very violently introduced to his or her god.
While his own curiosity was pushing his to stay and listen, every other part of his body was pushing back out from where he came. Finally realizing the longer he stayed there, the more likely he would be to caught, he started to run towards the basement door from where he came in. He still clutched his Tranq gun in one hand, keeping it more or less focused in the hatch.
"Is it ok for me to kill this guy now? Better yet, take the s*** and get outta here, I'm takin this building down!" Shinji said to Asuka and Ryan as he continued to charge his attack.
"I don't think blowing up the building would be advisable," Asuka said
One squad was hastily evacuating the civilians while the remaining troops were staring at Ryan down the barrels of their guns. The soldier closest to Ryan looked back at his commander in silent plea and the older man spat on the ground and leveled his pistol at the fake agent.
"Protocal stands. You and your kind are marked, super," he said as his eyes narrowed and he pulled the trigger.
A second later the rest of the soldiers opened fire.
****************************************
"This sucks, man. I want to be in on the action. Not guarding some [censored] hole back he-" whined one soldier before he was cut off by a terse whisper to shut up.
The voices came from just outside the basement door. It looked as though Feliks had at least two men to fight through if he wanted out this way.

Asuka heard the gunshots outside and winced.
"Guess we lost the element of surprise..." she said.
She held up her cell-phone and pressed 3367 (OOC: take a guess...) and slammed the bladed portion into a nearby wall. A timer appeared on the phone's screen, counting down from 60.
"If you have any form of circuitry or ANYTHING computerized i'd recomend you get out of this building," she said as she began moving towards a ceiling vent.
"Fine, If you say so." Shinji cancelled his attack and teleported out of the building.
Before the soilders opened fire Ryan quickly kick Akujiki up into the air and grabbed the hilt. In one single motion he cut off the soilder that was close to him's hand off. As he screamed in pain of his missing hand Ryan grabbed the scabbored and disappeared in a puff of smoke.
"I'm not a super you idoits, this is all skill." said a mysterious voice surronding the soilders in the mainhall. And Ryan re appeared above one of the closest to the stair soilders. Quickly coming down with a golden dragonfly stike. "Who's next." Ryan spat to all the soilders.
"One target has left the building."
"Did he take out Ramsey?"
"No, teleportation."
"We got him in range?"
"Yes, sir. He is currently hiding in some trees on the edge of the estate."
"Good. He'll make good target practice for the grenade launcher."
"Yes, sir!"
With a whir and a thump, the turret of the Cobra spun around and fired off a rocket propelled grenade at Shinji's position.

"You're all the same," the commander cursed as the soldier fell to the ground under Ryan's attack, his back layed open.
Reaching up and flipping a small device from his helmet over his left eye, the commander activated the IR vision mode and took aim at Ryan once again. The rest of the soldiers did the same, although a few switched over to different viewing modes in case Ryan was untrackable in the more mundane ways.
They opened fire again as the soldiers nearest Ryan scrambled away from him.

A grenade flew towards Shinji's position he was running low on energy, so he couldn't teleport. Crap, I hate to do this, but I have to. Shinji regretted his decision, but he began to turn into the second stage of his transformation. His skin began to turn red, his hair began to glow, his nails turned into claws and he gained the powers of super speed, super strength, and thermal vision. I see it!! Jumped out of the tree and ran away to escape. "Crap..nobody else is out yet, I need to get back in there." Shinji charged back in the building when he was attacked by a group of soldiers. ((Ill edit if its not ok))
"Freeze!!!"
"Ha ha haaa....NO!!"
The soldiers began to open fire on Shinji, but in his transformed state Shinji dodged them with ease. Shinji charged at one soldier, broke his neck, broke the arm off the dead body and used it to beat the crap out of all the other soldiers. Shinji went to the top of the stairs when he noticed some soldiers and Ryan were still fighting.
Ryan cursed as he took a bullet in the shoulder as he dove for cover behind the buffet tables. Kicking on over Ryan looked around to get info on the soilders. "Ok,.... take out the commander and the minions run." Ryan said to himself as he peared around the corner of the table. Ducking back behind as the corner was shattered by a bullet. "Close but, I know where he is."
Standing up from behind his cover, Ryan threw three knives simutaniosly at the Commander. And as bullets wizzed by Ryan taking a few chunks out of his suit Ryan took to the air. Jumping onto a chandiler. If the knives didn't do it an old fasoin cut down the center would.

Asuka was outside the building, climbing out through a shaft when the EMP went off.
Instantly, all the lights in the building died and a bright flash emanated from the room she had left her phone. At the moment, it would just look like a simple power outage. Until people tried to use their cell phones or any computerized comm systems and found them to be dead as well.
Shinji was still glowing with power in the darkness. Usually this would suck, but I have thermal vision, so I can still see them! Shinji thought to himself as he began to fire energy/electric blasts at the remaining soldiers.
Void saw the soldiers coming and groaned. He leapt in their midst and became a flurry of shadowy fists, leaping off shoulders to knock out the guard across, then slamming him to the ground by flipping him into another.
As guards attempted to take aim, he simply moved in a way that made it nearly impossible to get a good shot for even a second.

"The commander's down!" shouted one panicked non-com. "Retreat! Pull back! Get your [censored] [censored] out of here!"
The soldiers started to fall back by numbers, retaining their disipline even while under attack by at least three supers. They streamed out the front door and then sealed their exit with several well tossed grenades.
"Get to the trucks!" shouted the 2nd in command as the soldiers continued falling back.
They were soon joined by the Cobra light tank and the pair of detatched squads. The Cobra covered their retreat while the survivors snagged the vehicles that had brought them here and pulled out.
"[censored]," cursed the tank commander. "I didn't join the army for this crap. Blow the house."
"Yes, sir! Re-loading grenade launcher with tactical explosives."
"Fire in three."
"Two."
"One."
"Cover your eyes and fire!"
The Cobra fired a specially designed shell that, upon contact with a solid object, would release a miniature fusion reaction, anihilating everything within fifty feet of the contact point.

Feliks was about to burst out of the door with his weapon in hand to take on the two Soldiers outside, when one shouted. He had been listening to his radio before.
"[censored]! They got the commander! Everyones getting the hell out of here, lets go!"
The two ran, outside Feliks heard the shouts of soldiers issuing commands, then another voice immediately canceling those and issuing another. Revving trucks drowned out voices whenever another one was filled.
Opening the door, he casually walked out and through the full route that was going on. He made for the tree line when he heard the tell-tale Whump of a heavy weapon firing. He turned to look as he saw the Cobra lurch back in recoil as the rocket sped forward.
Ryan watched from the chandelier as the soilders retreated. "Yea Punks, and don't come back." Then he heard the sounds of tanks warming up and getting ready to fire. Hopping down from his perch Ryan quickly glanced around to make sure no soilders hung around for fun. "RUN!" Ryan yelled to the others upstairs.
Then he heard it. the sound of a Tanks cannon going off. Quickly Ryan shift and watched as the room around him instantly melted. Thank god for the magic of Phase Shifting, Ryan thought to himself. Ryan calmly walked out of the blaze to find...
Void heard the first explosion into the ballroom.
He grabbed Alexis and pulled her away from the guard she had been draining into a hallway where the melted room could easily be seen.
Another tank shell came whizzing right for them.
Void pushed her head to the ground as he fell flat. It blew up the security room behind them.
Void rose into the air, and turned back to Alex. "C'mon, they're takin' the whole place down!"

(OOC: Asuka's not in the room prior to this, btw, in case I didn't make that clear...)
Asuka entered the room in time to see RYAN feeling drowsy. This wasn't going as planned...the gas was low-grade, a seasoned assassin wouldn't begin feeling drowsy for at least ten minutes. Why, the tiger took an hour...
Time for plan B 2.5.9... she thought.
Swiftly, she moved past Ryan, grabbing the cufflink and twisting off one end of it, revealing a small pointed edge, and threw it at the target, still leaking gas. She followed this up with two hairpins, which were coated with a slow-acting neurotoxin synthesized from cobra venom, and then pressing another button on her "cell phone" which cause a stiletto-like blade, roughly the length of the phone itself, to protrude out of the antenna slot.
She took a defensive stance, and waited.
