Final Fight (open RP)
The rock-hard fist slammed into his helmet and sent Khellendros IIc sprawling to the ground. Sending a jet of fire from his hand toward his attacker, Khellendros bought enough time to pull himself back to his feet.
"Trolls," he spat. "It's always the god damned Trolls."
Concentrating, a flickering aura of flames grew up around his armor and pulsed, searing the flesh of the Caliban that had hit him with the sucker punch. The Troll grunted and bent over as if in pain. Grinning under his helmet, Khellendros formed a blazing sword in his hand and stepped forward to put another Troll out of its misery. He didn't expect the giant stone mallet that the Troll came up with just as much as he didn't expect that very same mallet connecting with his head would hurt so damned much. As his world narrowed to a single point of light, Khellendros just hoped, as he always did, that his medi-porter would work.
**************************
Khellendros' eyes jerked open to see a dingy grey ceiling above him. Instinctively, he triggered a wave of fire and then jumped to his feet, anticipating the worst. What he saw disappointed him. A large, grey room greeted him. A room with no furniture except for a large, glowing purple portal sitting across the way from him. On the wall next to it was tacked a piece of paper. Not knowing what else to do and figuring whatever trap he tripped wouldn't be worse than what he'd encountered before, Khellendros walked over and read the paper.
'Welcome, brave fighter,' it read. 'You have been selected to entertain me in a grand tournament where you will fight beyond your limits so that I may be appeased. Consider it an honor. Be prepared to visit this room often as you shall only escape when your power has reached its limits. The portal you see will take you to the Battle Planet where your opponents await you. Gather allies if you wish, but in the end all will come down to one. The winner will be granted omnipotent power. Let the games begin!'
"Someone's got an inflated ego," the tanker snorted. "Typical villain stuff. Might as well get this over with."
Brushing a bit of dust off of his shoulder, Khellendros stepped into the portal and fell face first into a forest. The armored figure crashed through the canopy and broke more than a few branches in his descent. With a great thump, Khellendros hit the ground, causing a cloud of dust to waft up around him. Sitting up, Khellendros shook his head and realized his helmet had fallen off. Eyes widening in horror, he frantically cast around for it. Thankfully, the horned helmet was lying up against the roots of a nearby tree. Putting it back on, the hero stood up and surveyed the surrounding area.
"Great. A forest. The last thing I need is Smokey popping up and telling me not to start forest fires."
Statesman said let there be heroes, and there were heroes.

Zack Smith stared into the emptyness of the portal. His personal gaurds were by his side. Zack turned to look at them Lt. Jenkins nodded knwoing what to do. ZAck turned back around. While in the back ground Jenkins pulled out his walkie talkie.
"We are going to need our best men down to this location ASAP' Jenkins yelled into the Phone.
"They will be there in under five minutes Lt." Zack herd coming from the ear peice.
"Sir" Jenkins saluted, "They will be here in five minutes, sir"
"Thats good." Zack responded"And check your weapons."
Zack reached into his green military coat and pulled out his rifle. A XM-29 SABR OICW. A great weapon that fires 600 5.54mm rounds a minute and a 20mm high explosive round. Definatly one of the U.S.'s finer weapons. He also checked his Double action colt revolver. Along with that he carried several diffent kind's of explosive just incase of exrat fire power.
Zack's private little army showed up well under five minutes. Zack poped his Clip in. Turning around he saw his troops. Lt. Jenkins, Lt. Smith, two comando's, three spec. ops. and five private's. These were some of the best trained troops ever. They were prepared to fight anything weither Monsters or mutants or their fellow man.
"Well, boys it seems that the Rouge Commander is heading off tthrough this portal. Now who is coming with me." Zack said as he fixed his beret. variuos yell's shout's and cheer's came from this platoon. They were ready. 'Well, what are we waiting for!" Zack yelled as he lept through the portal. Soon after his troops followed.

Tapping her boot in annoyance, Kori glared at the No Signale displayed on her comm unit. Since awakening in this nearly empty room after a long day of reorginizing the rooms of her supergroups base, the Peacebringer had been attempting to call her friends with out success.
"Somebody's gone through a lot off trouble and offered little explaination." She murmered with another glare at the note resting on the bed. "I dislike fighting for some others ammusment, but it seems I am not being given a choice."
Spinning, Stellarmare stepped through the shifting landscapes of the portal and into a shattered landscape. Instantly taking to the sky, the alien warrior scanned about for any signs of life, hostile or otherwise.

((you're fine Ryan. I went with sleepy drifting for my character because he would study an arcane portal, not run through it.))
"This place is a nightmare," said Burning Brawler. He looked around for a way out but this place was harder to walk through than- "OW!" he bumped into another clear wall.
He held his face for a second before moving on, this time with his arms out. "Where would the exit be... up? Or down... Wish I had been given some reagents in that room. A teleportation spell or even a scroll would be pretty handy right about now."
He looked above and below him. Each way seemed infinite. "I must have picked THE worst place for a fight. Oh well, I'm in here til' I win or get beat down."
-------------------
((this is to fix something about the story))
Dek looked around the room. "What the hell is this place?" he said. "Don't tell me I fell asleep and got put back in jail!" He growled and smashed the wall, not denting it a bit.
He shook his hand, attempting to get rid of the pain when he noticed a portal. "All right! A way out of here!"
He ran towards the opening and saw the signs on it. "Hmmmm... Ah! Earth!" He pressed it and was sucked into the portal. He reappeared in Earth's atmosphere, and was falling fast.
Welcome back to earth, said a voice.
The villain couldn't even scream as the ground came to greet him.

The Rouge Commander found him and his troops falling through the sea of darkness. None of them were screaming of fear but more yelling for joy. Zack remained as cool as ever never flinching. Zack saw Jenkins flaten his body out so he could go streamlined. "This reminds me of my paratrooper days" Jenkin's yelled over the wind rushing by. Zack noded.
He checked his armband for were he was, Unknown. Well, this is going to turn out great Zack thought.
Then the darkness faded away and They found themselves staring at a planet mush like earth. Glancing down at his armband 10,589 feet above sealevel. Tapping a few buttons He became a bright purpleish light as he teleported to a safer distance, about 5 feet above the ground. He landed with a small thump. Looking up he saw the commando's activate their parachuet's and land safly. Jenkins and smith teleport just like Zack and the spec op.s activated their backup jetpacks slowing their decent. The Pvt.'s activated their small parachuets and landed with a thumps as they rolled forward, "Noobs" the commando's said as the landed standing straight up.
They all landed safely like they had done it a million times, which they have. Zack checked his Armband once more. Atmosphere normal, at sea level, Gravaty normal, everything all clear. So this planet was just like earth well almost. From what Zack could tell from his decent this planet was considerable smaller than earth.Hit hit another button and a compass came up pionting north.
Making a few hand motion's to his troops. "Scan the area, look for any hostiles and or bulding's we need to find out were we are." He said comandingly as all the troops pulled out their various weapons and spread out.
Commander Smith Fanned out with his troops around the shoreline they had appeared above. After a few minutes one of his troops called to the commander saying that he found someone. It was a woman in a crimson evening gown, sprawled on a patch of grass near to sand. She was beautiful. Her fine features were radiant in the moonlight and the tiny gold tiara around her head was shining with a pinkish sheen.
After a few moments of staring, the rogue commander
..
"Oh, FINALLY!" yelled Burning Brawler. He ran up to the portal at the end of the hallway. Thought I'd die in here."
He scanned the runes and picked one that looked like a beach.
He came in under-water.
At first he panicked, struggled, thought he was losing oxygen. Then he realized something. He could still breathe!
A large fish came hard and fast and he attempted to throw a fire blast. It didn't work. He cursed as he swam out of the way of the charging monster.
This is worse than the last freaking place! he thought.
He turned and waited for the shark-like creature. It came closer and closer until Brawler snapped his hand forward and encased it in a block of ice. He watched the fish rise.
And rise, and rise.
That's a long way up, he thought. Sighing inwardly he got started.

"Jenkin's check her for ID" Zack shouted at him. "Yes sir right away." Jenkins quickly responded. Zack looked back at his troop. "Will you guys stop staring and check our surrondings. We just came through a multidimensional portal for god's sakes. WHo knows what here." After a few more moments, everyone fanned out giving a secure perimiter. Zack sat there while Jenkin's checked her out. and finally. "Sir, acording to this she is a ........."
Dont do that! a junky looking robot shrieked as Billyboys fist, whirling with loose energy, slammed into the consol it was working on. With a thunderous blast and the desperate screams of the shredded robot, mixed with the excited hoots of a certain teenage hero, the computer exploded and sent the two flinging backwards. Billyboy stood again with a smirk and brushed himself off while the robot let out a final groan and shut down with a burst of sparks.
Listen, can we try not blowing up everything for once? a tall teen with spiked blonde hair asked, his costume black and gold tights with a large J on the front and a black cape flying out behind him. They may have something we need one of these days.
Meh, dont be a buzzkill, Jaredman! Billyboy laughed heartily. Cmon, lets go find the Doc!
The two walked out into a large metal corridor, only to nearly fall as a shockwave greeted them, followed by a loud CURSES! The heroes grinned at each other, it looked like the team was already on it. Billyboy shot into the air with a wink, following the noise. Jaredman shortly followed, his cape snapping in half and contorted into two angelic white wings. He leapt into the air and flapped, propelling himself forward at amazing speed, already working on a battle strategy.
They entered a large central chamber, lined with decimated turrets and littered with broken robots, metallic faces twisted with fear and agony. Farther in, backing into a corner, was the nefarious Dr. Phillis, his face contorted with rage and determination, firing blasts from his pulse rifle at three other pursuing heroes.
A teen in chainmail and a red winged helm ripped a chord off on his powerfully enchanted lute, the ensuing sonic wave forcing the evil genius to leap and frontflip in the air, his power suit giving him amazing agility and strength. The Red Hot Maestro pulled off another short tune, this one enhancing his feet with extreme speed, throwing the hero out of the way as a pulse rifle blast few at him, then the pulse rifle itself, its ammunition depleted.
The Champion, a blue haired boy with a large pair of horns, pointy ears, and black, blue-striped tights and jeans, rushed forward to fill the gap, fists drawn to unleash a devasting barrage of super powered punches. He aimed for Dr. Phillis head, but the man was faster than he, and managed to roll out of the way. The Champs fist collided with the metal wall and nearly broke into the next room, bruising the boys knuckles with a curse.
Jaredman held out a hand as Billyboy attempted to stage his own attack. He lifted into the air with a flap of his wings and let out a yell as a bolt of holy energy fired from his hands, flying straight at Dr. Phillis. The doctors eyes widened underneath his blast goggles as it rushed toward him, but he had his own tricks up his sleeve, and countered the blast with a rush of crackling red lightning, compliments of the powerful artifact, the Philosophers Stone, that powered his suit.
Thankful for the distraction, the fifth and final hero, Podo the goblin, rushed forward. Just reaching over three feet tall, with green skin and pointy ears, Podo wasnt very imposing. That is, if you ignored his huge cybernetic arm and mechanical eye, not to mention his glowing white normal eye. And the giant sword he wielded, nearly as tall as he was himself, that was also imposing. The goblin rushed and ducked under a bolt of lightning, then flipped through the air with a slash of his sword, nearly beheading the scientist had it not been for his defensive shoulder pads, which shot up and countered the blow as Podo sailed over Dr. Phillis head. Of course, the move had just been a feint, a distraction so he could land behind successfully and begin an attack on the doctors back.
Dr. Phillis turned and fired off a ball of crackling red lightning, but the goblin was already moving, flipping and leaping around the doctor as his sword came in again and again, his powerful strikes nearly cutting through the power suit on the occasions that the scientist didnt manage to back away. With a frustrated cry, Dr. Phillis threw his hands into the air and a ball of lightning formed, then threw his hands to the sides, the lightning snaking around him to create a shield. The sword hit once again, but this time the energy flowed up the blade and right into Podo, who was shocked and was thrown back by the force.
You cannot win, heroes! Dr. Phillis snarled as he loosed a bolt at the prone goblin, only to have it intercepted as the Champion leapt in front to save the little green mans life. He was thrown back with a grunt. You foolish hypocritical society will see new order under my rule, a rule that will bring peace, happiness, and order! Dont you see, Im not the villain here!
Alright, this time, Im just not going to let you get too into it. Billyboy yelled as he flew forward, his hands blazing with energy, referring to the evil genius amazing ability to monologue in any situation, no matter how detrimental it may be. Were gonna end this now, fair and square!
I couldnt agree more! the evil genius retorted. Then with a sarcastic grin he added, Though I dont see how five on one is fair and square.
Robot army
Oh, yes.
Youre finished! Billyboy bellowed as Dr. Phillis sent a blast of lightning his way, only to have it deflected by a shell of pure light that surrounded the hero, one of the defending power of Jaredman.
Bring it on! Dr. Phillis screamed back as his foot slipped back and suddenly a cannon lifted from the floor, the evil genius hopping into the gunners seat and aiming at Billyboy quickly.
Time seemed to stand still for a moment as the hero and the villain screamed at one another, ready to end it all with their greatest attacks.
Then the two disappeared.
The remaining heroes blinked, stunned by the sudden absence of the two. Podo lifted himself to his feet, his stamina recovered, and the Champion pushed himself into a sitting position and looked all around, puzzled.
What the hell? the horned hero asked to his friends, looking to each one, who could only respond with a similarly ignorant expression.
------------------------------------
Billyboy hit the ground with a grunt, the wind knocked out of him suddenly and unexpectedly. He looked around and found himself in a small grey room with a bed to the side and a portal on one wall. Looking confused, he walked to the bed and read the note on his pillow several times before coming to the conclusion that this displacement had nothing to do with Dr. Phillis.
Evil gods? Not again! He already had one of those at home
. He sighed and kicked the ground, but he knew he couldnt pass this up. He didnt want omnipotent power, but if there was one man he also didnt want to have it, it was Dr. Phillis. If hed been brought here also, then Billyboy would do all he could to stop him.
Alright then, a fine welcome to a fine affair. Billyboy said with a forced grin, hoping that whoever had organized this was watching. Ive got this down! Leave the impressive stuff to me! he shouted as he barreled through the portal.
With a wink of bent reality, the young hero found himself surrounded on all sides
by liquid hot magma. He was in a volcano! He was relieved to see that he was standing upon solid ground, one of many rock pillars jutting above the surface of the lava by various heights, his only a few feet above. There were walkways along the sides, all manner of rock formations, plenty of cover and vantage points.
Suddenly a bit unnerved, wondering if this had been such a good idea, Billyboy jumped to the nearest pillar and onto a nearby walkway, wondering how he was going to get out of this mess.
-------------------------------
Doctor Midas Phillis spat a curse as he looked from the note to the portal continually, pondering what exactly he was doing here. Was this another of Immortals odd tricks? The mad god was certainly powerful, but this powerful, to just grab them in mid-battle and whisk them away? No, not even he. Anyway, this wasnt his style.
Dr. Phillis let out a profound sigh and began to pace, options whisking through his formidable mind. He had none of his equipment, none of his henchmen, not even his lover, Cyba, by his side. Only his power suit and his wits, which were also formidable. But this revelation didnt prove to be helpful in his dire predicament, and he was beginning to get a bit panicky.
Omnipotent power? Just granted? Surely, it sounded like a great opportunity, but at what price did it come? Servitude, more than likely, or some kind of transformation, neither of which he was interested in by any means. But he knew one thing: if he didnt get this power, someone else would, and that could prove much worse on the whole. A less sane villain would more than likely reign chaos upon the planet with that kind of destructive power, and he simply couldnt allow his world to be ruined, he was to rule it! He wasnt here to hurt or rule with an iron fist, he wanted to establish a better world order, where the people could go on with their lives unchanged, but without the continuous lies and slander coming from the government, and without the wars. There were more important things to worry about than other humans, the rikti, for example!
Shaking himself from his mental rant and back to his present predicament, the evil genius sat on the bed and stared loathefully at the portal. It was his duty to stop the power from getting into the hands of anyone who may use it for less than honorable purposes, and he would just have to do his best.
((Intro is a bit short, but....))
Smoke obscured Major Reikoff's vision as the Supers blasted the door open.
"TacOps, RALLY!" He screamed to his fellow Malta as they stormed to the front room. He had been with the Malta for years; He was a TacOp Commander, but experience and tactics wouldn't help much him here. There was no cover but the boxes he was currently behind, and eight heros had just broken into his hideout. Only skill and a little blind luck could help at a time like this. He tossed a frag grenade over his cover, hearing a satisfying scream of two heroes as the grenade exploded at their feet. One of his Gunslingers foolishly teleported right in front of the heroes, pulling his assault rifle. He only heard one shot before his comrade flew past him from a haymaker.
The bases' only two Herc Titans came ambling to the frontline, spraying plasma into the heroes, but both were cut down by massive plumes of fire. They didn't even get to combine.
"Malta, RETREAT!" He yelled to his men again as they ran back into the base.
"No you don't!" Yelled an electric hero, following them.
The operatives remaining, Reikoff, a sapper, an engineer, two Gunslinger lieutenants, and four TacOps ran into the teleport room. The hero fired a massive bolt of electricity into the porter, surging the room with electricity. The power knocked Reikoff out......
------
The Malta awoke in a forest. "So what the hell are we, Robin Hood an' his merry men?" Quipped one of the TacOps. Reikoff silenced him. He detected movement.
"On your guard."
"Damn," Khellendros muttered as he walked along. "I hate nature."
Sighing again, Khellendros kicked a fallen branch out of his way and kept walking. If he kept heading in the same direction, eventually he'd get out of this damned forest. Khellendros IIc was completely oblivious to the watching eyes of the Malta operatives as he shoved another bush out of his way and kept walking.

"It's obviously a metaman. I say we take it down." Mused the Engineer, nodding slightly from his brushy cover to Khel.
"No, not yet, he may be a potential Malta recruit if he has natural skills, but if he uses a power, I expect every gun open on full auto. Are we clear?" Reikoff cautioned.
"Got it, chief." One of the Gunslingers responded, cracking his neck.
Sitting on his couch in his own group's secret base, Roger looked around to see if their was anything to do. He moved his long black hair out of his eyes, even though it should be greying at his age of 52. He got up, his suit's metals clanking together, and limped over to the mission computer to tell everyone in the Hero's Regime they would have a free day off tommorrow. He felt that he needed some more negative energy in his suit.
Suddenly he was lifted up and thrown in front of a portal. "Hmph" He said to himself, "Wonder where I am" And stepped through the portal.
Immediatly he was transported to a clearing. He sat up and looked around. "I thought this would be interesting..."
Out of the forest came a huge black wolf. Without even flinching Roger held out his hand and sent a black stream out of his hand into the dog. Instantly the dog was on the ground, wimpering and lost in his own mind.
"That should hold him for a couple of hours. Well, I might as well wait here untill someone gets me. I can't fight on my own..." And with that he went in a tree and started to sleep...
Blightlord worked furiously in front of a table covered with tubes, beakers, and dangerous chemicals. "Three ounces of... take the red liquid and stir..."
The book he was reading from was filled with the most complex recipes.
He took the fizzing, red bottle and set it over a flame.
He stepped back and watched the liquid calm and turn a ghastly green.
Smiling he went to his large mirror. He looked at his rotting face, a side-effect the shell's his true self took control of suffered. He glanced at his black costume, poisons and concoctions rippling in vain like patterns, ready to be used in a blink.
He adjusted his ventilator. With this he could press the concoctions into a spray or tight ball. It was truly a sight.
Then he watched the vapors emanate. It was to be expected. This shell was breaking already, its previous owner weak. He will soon have to seek another, but until that time he had work to do.
A sharp whistling broke his thoughts. He turned in surprise to the hissing potion. He ran forward to remove the flame when the concoction exploded.
Blighlord rubbed his head as he looked up at the gray walls around him. He rose and looked around the room. A bed, a portal, and... what was this? A clue to this affair?
He picked up the paper and read it carefully. "Interesting... very interesting..."
He thought of what ultimate power could do for him. Usurping Elitist... no... controlling the world!
Destroying Burning Brawler and his family...
The benefits from this were endless! So he must perform for this higher being, no matter. Unlimited power would be well worth it.
He looked at the portal and inspected it. "If I were to find someone to eliminate..."
He chose the forest.
He was sucked in and thrown to the grass. He brushed himself off and attempted to call forth undead servants.
Nothing came.
"That can't be possible! There MUST be something dead here!"
Then he turned and saw the Malta. "Damn."

Hearing a shout, Khellendros IIc spun around and lifted up his fists. Focusing slightly, a wave of fire spread out from his chest and engulfed the hero, protecting him in ways his armor clad body could not. Then he made a flicking gesture with his right hand and a sword of fire grew into his grip.
"Who's out there?" he yelled. "Come on out with your hands up and I won't have to come in there!"
Statesman said let there be heroes, and there were heroes.

NCsoft said let there be nothing, and there was nothing.
"META INCOMING!" Screamed a TacOp at the top of his lungs, seeing Blightlord.
The Malta flung themselves to the ground, going prone. The sapper fired a massive bolt of bio-draining energy, the engineer tossed a turret onto the ground, and all of the TacOps opened fire on full auto.
Reikoff tossed a grenade.
"This super is OURS!"
Just then they heard Khel.
"Crap, two of them! Divvy fire, divvy fire!" Screamed Reikoff. The two Gunslingers whipped out their weapons and began to spray Cryo-rounds at the flamer hero.
Blightlord looked around in panic. The firey hero came charging through. He breathed a wave of poisons at the soldiers and fired at the hero.
The shot missed as he turned and ran forward. He heard the hero thundering behind him and then the Malta gunshots as they recovered.
He began to notice the grass was turning brown and the leaves of the trees were slowly becoming fewer.
Eventually the trees were bare and fog was concealing the grass. He looked up and laughed insanely.
He had found a graveyard.

"Damn Meta tricks...." Cursed Reikoff to himself. "Heh. Eat this, super..."
He pulled out a primitive blowgun and loaded a single dart, aiming at Blightlord.
Psphoot!
The cold-charged bullets splattered over Khellendros' fire shield as the Malta soldiers opened up on him. Cursing, Khellendros threw himself to the ground. Then, again cursing his automatic responses, the hero pulled himself to his feet and charged straight at the guys who were shooting at him. A creepy looking guy ran right past Khellendros but the hero was too busy trying to grapple with the Malta.
Kicking aside a bush, Khellendros uncovered one of the Gunslingers. Shifting his energy from sword form to the less elegent fist-wreathed-in-fire form, Khellendros slammed both fists down on the Gunslinger, knocking the soldier to the ground and burning him badly.
"Who else wants some?" shouted Khellendros as he dove at the man with the blowgun.

((Welcome! Heroes and villains suddenly, mysteriously, appear in a large new world, brought there by some mysterious force to battle for this entity's entertainment and title of universal champion.
This is free for all, but team ups are suggested. If you die, you will be revitalized in your spawn point from your first post but you will be weaker. Eventually if you want your hero/villain to give up and return home, bring in your next alt! You can also roleplay more than one of your characters at the same time. Don't feel like there aren't enough people to fight? Make up your own! Pit you against... you. Especially if you're afriad of posting you beating someone too harshly. In my first post I will explain some features of the spawn points and how your character would leave the planet.
Think of the planet as somewhat smaller than the moon. Not so big that we'll never cross paths, but big enough that the planet's contrasting terrains are decent sized fighting grounds. Complicated? Hope not. Fun? Sure will be!))

Burning Brawler kissed Danica good night and laid back to sleep.
He let himself fall into a deep sleep, unaware of the dangers about to unfold. He dreamed he was falling through an endless void. As he traveled across this darkness he noticed a small room.
He felt compelled to go to it, the only thing in this darkness. He landed softly and looked around the room. It was nothing but a gray steel room with a portal in one corner and a bed in another.
He saw a note on the pillow and picked it up to read. 'Welcome, brave fighter. You have been selected to entertain me in a grand tournament where you will fight beyond your limits so that I may be appeased. Consider it an honor. This bed is for you to rest, for you shall be here a long time if you truly are powerful. The portal you see will take you to the Battle Planet where your opponents await you. Gather allies if you wish, but in the end all will come down to one. The winner will be granted omnipotent power. Let the games begin!'
"This is the oddest dream I've ever had," said Brawler.
He looked over at the portal. "Might be a fun one though."
He stepped up to the mystic portal and studied it. He saw waving lines and shapes that looked like deserts and forests. Another looked like Earth. He saw one he couldn't quite understand. He pressed his hand to it to clear the dust and the portal activated. He was suddenly pulled into it, without warning.
He glanced around in a massive glass complex. He could see there were hundreds of floors and he could see through every one of them. Down below he saw a darkly clad villain run about.
He smiled and pressed a flaming hand to the glass, attempting to melt his way through. His hand got hotter and hotter but it still didn't melt. "What is this stuff?"
He saw a crystal-like staircase and hurried down to catch the man. He looked around and saw the villain's reflection everywhere.
All of the reflections drew their sword. He spun in circles trying to determine which was the real one.
Suddenly the villain charged and slashed. He grunted and clutched his chest. The pain was real, this wasn't a dream.
The villain used the mirrors again as a distraction, but Burning was ready.
He bent low into a crouch and gathered his strength. A massive burst of flames incinerated the villain and sent him to his spawn point.
"I need a way out of here..."
