No matter, just like the bases were supposed to be COH CONTENT *cough*, you should be able to access the apartments without having to buy COV. Why the hell do we have to see the base portals if we dont have cov :/...
P.S. I will never buy COV, and like others i would like the personal apartments, FOR COH...
