Yeah 5th Column would be the best. Plus Family, Mooks, Red Diamond Gang, etc. Nemesis definately. The Web. Their are dozens of groups that aren't in modern era Paragon.
I was wondering how many people had read the novel and your opinions on it. I read it and liked it alot, I thought it explained alot about the CoX backstory.
