You probably should have put all the posts under this one rather than making them all separate. As is, they are pretty much going to get lost in the shuffle.
And so it did, being buried under 2 years of posts.
However, with Lighthouse's call for updates, I've dug out the old files and have been working on a revision that I hope to have ready by the time the Guide to Guides is updated.

I was working on a binding guide to coincide with the release of issue 3. I had great appendices, but no guide. I have posted the appendices in plain text.
I also have much, much nicer copies of these documents. I hope to have these files available for download soon.
