This is my first attempt so im not sure if im any good at it, well here I go.
Quick Voltage walked down the corridor of the building he lived in hoping he would not wake any of the other hero's already asleep. Slowly he walked down the hallway and as he got towards his own room suddenly his powers flipped out on him and when this happened the lights in the building flashed on and there was a bright flash throughout the building. Quick Voltage quickly ran into his room hoping knowone had known it was him. "What was that about" he thought to himself, "must be lack of sleep".
Startled by the flash Tribal Steel woke up in a shudder. He got out of bed and put on his costume. He walked in to the hall and noticed as the flash faded the lights had blown out. "man....guess i start early today.." he tried to use the elevator but it was malfuctioning aswell. "Damn! can't catch a break." So Tribal Steel took the stairs. He stepped outside and felt the cold breeze of a bitter night in Paragon. He stood there feeling a bit uneasy of what happend in his apartment and decided to just patrol around seeing if anything was sturring.....
After a long day of Outcasts, Lost, and Vahzilok, Experiment 2.0 just wanted some sleep. When he entered the building, put on his night-gown and laid down to sleep, the lights seemed to flash. "Can QuickVoltage just keep his powers down? yeesh, you would have thought he was some kind of un-control freak... he, uncont...rol...*SNORE*"
With a sudden start Lhoss sat up in bed. Looking around with his symbiote altered sight he struggled to understand what had woken him. Sliding out of bed he cautiously made his way to the hall to hunt down the source of his discomfort.
When the power went out because of Quick "uncontrol" Voltage, Experiment decided to go in his closet, get his uniform, and go on patrol, maybe once Quick fell asleep, there would be no more failures. Once he flew out the window, some kind of strange tractor beam pulled him down, and he came face to face with a Rikti warrior. He said "You shouldent be here, this is a hero com..." But before he could say more, a strange alien rifle butt hit his head, knocking him out, and he was dragged away...
As Tribal Steel was flying outside the building he noticed a second flash inside the building and rushed down from the fire escape, "what in the hell is goin' on here? I'll never get a good night sleep." He wlaked down the hall quietly hoping not to stur any tenants, but the glass from the busted light bulbs made it hard to achieve this. Tribal Steel noticed no one has broken into the building or any fighting or struggle occured. "Oh..somethin' isn't right around here. Who could short every electrical appliance in this building?" He kept walking down the hall's still praying he wouldnt wake anyone up...
Tribal Steel reached the end of the last hall at the top of the building and saw a window ajar. "hmmm not like most to leave a window open, someone could catch a cold." He peered his head out the window and saw strange lights floating to the roof. "Well I do believe the plot has thickened." He flew to the roof and was stunned to see a Rikti squad huddled around a hero, the hero was Experiment 2.0. The Rikti muttered odd words and sounds. He prepared for a fight and hoped help was near....
Quick Voltage changed out of his costume and into his pajamas. Then Quick Voltage stood at his door, ear to it. Listening for anyone, he heard light footsteps. He opened the door and looked out into the hall, he saw someone standing there. He thought he knew who it was, but it couldn't be. Lhoss had been killed by the Vahlizok a long time ago. He spoke out "Sorry about the lights, no idea why that happened". But the dark figure stood there. Again he spoke "You wouldn't happen to know if anyone else woke up would you?". Yet again, no answer. There was a loud noise, and bolth the people turned around looking at a nearby window, bolth rushed towards it to hear some person in trouble and bolth knew what they had to do
Quickly he ran back to his room and put his costume back on and rushed to the roof. He looked around and saw what looked like 2 hero's in the middle of a Rikti group. He fired a electric bolt towards the group in hope of perhaps drawing them from the other hero's. But to no avail, 1 of the Rikti turned towards him and the others stayed. He knew he had to do something.....but what? He thought for a moment and suddenly he got a idea. He dropped down back onto the rooftop and right into the middle of the Rikti group. He spread his hands and shot electric bolts in each direction. He yelled, clearly in pain. A gigantic amount of energy pulsed through his vains. And all of it was coming out, like a nuke hitting a shockwave was sent through half of the city. The Rikti on the ground along with Quick Voltage.
Tribal Steel took out two Rikti with only several energy blasts, just trying to get them off of Experiment. He took many blows from there odd alien technology rifles. "C'mon...aghh that all ya got?" He sent a wide cone of energy at s large group of aliens. At that moment three heroes leaped and climbed to the roof top. Quick Voltage and two heroes Tribal Steel never met before arrived. "Hahaha man am I glad to see you guys..." Then they prepared to fight on.
The huge shockwave knocked Tribal to the ground and the other heroes aswell. He collected his thoughts and got to his feet. All were on the ground in a daze. He ran to Experiment 2.0 and lifted him to the group of heroes as he gathered them. He brang them all back to conciousness. "Wlcome back guys, I dont think this fight is over." The Rikti must have sent a transmission to a large group of the alien soldiers. "Hey Voltage" Tribal Steel asked. "Let me in on your secret when were done with these guys." Tribal grinned.
Quick Voltage turned to Tribal "Ive got no idea what that was, just something inside me told me I could do it." He thought to himself, could that mean im crazy? He laughed to himself "Maybe we can figure out that mystery later, but at the moment we need to take them down, but that completely drew all my energy" Saying this he reached into his pack and pulled out a mini generator he plugged the generator into the socket on his glove and charged himself. While he was recharging a large beam came from the sky and struck him. Leaving him unconscious.
Tribal Steel, Experiment 2.0 and the two mysterious heroes now had to defend Quick Voltage from harm. Tribal and Experiment charged sending blasts into the sky picking off Rikti as the two heroes batted off Rikti as the rushed them protecting Quick hoping for him to wake up. Tribal was hit several times until he was to tired to fight for the moment he... watched Experiment 2.0 take hits left and right thinking to him self "I can only last so long these aliens have to be stopped tonight, only if Quick Voltage can wake up and fight with his amazing power" Then Tribal got up and sent a couple of blasts at two aliens killing them... yet the battle raged on
As Experiments fire wore down from the blasts, he took a tremendous hit to the side, knocking him down. When he got up, he noticed something was wrong... Just then, he saw things flying from the ship... He knew they had to be... "RIKTI DRONES! WATCH OUT!"
Quick Voltage struggled to stand up, but he managed to get to his feet. Quick Voltage knew he had a small amount of energy left, and only one chance to use it. He flew towards the sky and right into a nearby cloud. He began to draw lightning from the clouds and instantly energized himself.
He dropped down to the building, "We only have one chance, everyone point your blasts towards the ship and hold it for as long as possible". Quick Voltage and the other stood near eachother and aimed there blasts to the ship. The Rikti ran charged towards them, just a the energy blasts where released. All of the blasts combined creating a huge energy ball. The ball flew towards the ship and hit the incoming Rikti, a sonic boom and a light equal to that of the sun shown. For about 10 minutes nothing could be seen, simply light. But Quick Voltage had been yet again knocked unconscious, he began to dream. He saw himself flying up towards the sky and creating a sentinel of lightning. But he had not yet been able to do this....his mind was trying to tell him something.
the explosion form the Rikti ship sent Tribal Steel flying off the builidng. He was unconsious, as he gained consiousness just before he hit the ground, he hovered just above the ground. At that moment he passed out going into a dream state. The combined blast from Quick Voltage, Experiment 2.0 and Tribal Steel was an extrodinary feat in super power history. The Rikti were beaten and the lives of the heroes who fought them were uncertain. If they would survive, be injured or worse...
As Experiment fell, he knew he would hit the ground... no power to fly, he had one chance... he pointed his hands to the ground... and fired his last blast. As it hit, it slowed him enough not to kill him, but he fell, on to an extremly hard car. As the alarm went off.... he fell into darkness... He could swear he heard his family off in the distance... toward the light... He stayed away, but he couldent stay away for long....
as Tribal Steels mind drifted his thoughts went deep back into his mind retelling his nightmare of when he was changed. He fought in his sleep as he thrashed and flailed. He woke up in a cold sweat breathing heavily on the city street.
He stubled to the building entrence and saw Experiment 2.0 laying on a crushed car. He slowly walked and picked him up and carried him into the apartment complex. He set him in a chair in the lobby so he could wake in peace. Tribal Steel went to his floor and went to his room and smiled. "finally...sleep".

Quick Voltage awoke to a shock, he had been left on the roof, knowone had bothered to come get him.
Quick Voltage entered back into his apartment and changed out of his Superhero costume and into his pajama's "I hope thats the last disturbance for the night, I need my sleep".
OOC sorry CLoud, but Tribal was tired too, lol i was gonna go get ya but he had enough trouble liftin Experiment 2.0. No hard feelings Quick Voltage?

Just as he thought he was dead, he woke up, inside, and VERY hurt. "OK, last time I decide to fight rikti on a low battery... talking about that, I have to refill it... infact, talking about talking, I am talking to yself.... ok.... stop.... STOP!" then, with silence, he walked up the stairs to his room.... and didnt even bother getting out of his suit, and fell asleep on the bed at a side angle.
ooc yea we can continue it as it could be the next day or something ill brainstorm up some ideas for some thrilling action and crazy twists.

I was wondering if anyone wanted to do a little roleplaying story. First of all the setting is in Paragon City and is kinda like the other one where they all live together and they talk
