RP with people and often they will RP back, its really that simple.
Complaining, cajoling, swearing at, or beating about the head with sticks will not endear anyone to our cause. If they dont want to RP, just let them be. They aren't hurting us anymore then we are hurting them.

Plus you have to consider the possibility that some people want to RP a loner. Sounds funny, but look at how many comics feature that kind of character. Sure, Captain America will talk to you, and you'll probably learn about him, maybe even get involved in some adventures. Is the Punisher going to be like that? Hmmm...
Disclaimer: I don't yet play on the Virtue server, but I'm thinking about it.
you should, even some of the non RPers are very nice gamers. Granted we have our share of losers - but for the most place it is a nice community.

It just bears mentioning that I've never seen a superhero say "woot" in a comic.
I happen to be playing a fairly gregarious character that goes out of his way to make sure people know his name, but an opposite personality is CERTAINLY no less valid.
Just because you talk alot doesnt mean its roleplay, after all.

Basics ................its acting! ....some can and some cannot..............If you can take a rock and turn it into a funny witty Freaked out Kitty from the planet Bee Boop ...And everyone who sees or hears this ...Belives that the rock is that cat and can now Picture the Cat in you mind doing these things ..ANd relate to it and have feeling for this ROCk...well then sir you might know how to RP....But as you know most people only see a rock...and most only know how to throw it in the pond...Where there it sinks never to be found again...
