All RPers unite...
What bothers me is the RUSH... So many recently arrived Heroes at Paragon form a random group, catch me into the hustle and bustle (How can I say no to fast experience? ) and then run around not really paying attention to "Wait a sec! I need to rest." Or "Don't rush in, pull a few to us!! AGGRO AGGRO!!! AAAAGGGGGHHHHHHH-----"
When will these heroes learn it's not a RACE!
And if they aren't rushing around trying to level up, they are asking the female characters to disrobe!
Disgraceful... ... ...
they should know better... ... ...
you should at LEAST buy them [/b]DINNER first and get a few drinks in them...
:sigh: young heroes today...
Oh NO, the worst part is when they rush in, get a beating then starting running in your direction. (Being chased by a huge mob of Vahs ofcourse-I hate Undead) You know, I use to play a Controller, put everyone to sleep. Now the enemy is easy picking if you attack 1 by 1, but NO!!!! They use their AoE powers which do about 3 points of total damage if that and awake everyone up. I do have to give some people credit, they got really creative with those women characters of theirs. I just find is somewhat unethical playing a female Character. i'll stick to the demons
The worst are the dang clcokwork princes...those guys are nasty...
I took a unite of lvl 7+ characters into a lvl 12 mission1 Every corner had about 2 lvl 12 princes, 6 Cogs, 3 Knights, and SKULLS! It took us about an hour, with a few deaths aside, we beat the mission. Gotta Love, 2 tankers in the front and a good (Person that knows what they're doing) healer.

For me, good healers are like cops:
Healing me in Atlas when I'm standing there trying to chat Ms. Liberty up...
...and then when I'm searching desperately for one in Steel City as I get pummeled by 5th Column...
...never around when I need one!
Oh how I hate the "Praise" E-mode. You can not go anywhere without seeing someone Praising either Ms. Liberty or some other higher level character.
Soul Splitter: Off the ground human scum! Or are you praticing your ritual of getting outnumbered and finding yourself in debt and at the hospital. Your insurance doesnt cover stupidity
Have you noticed in Kings Row, right off the Trans, there's a few NPC's running on the hill and jumping off continiously. I spend about 5 minutes standing on the hill yelling "This is no time for play human scum!" And they say you cant interact with the enviroment
Yeah... I thought it odd.... they seemed pretty BIG for kids... maybe there's something in King's Row water...

I remember fighting my first Prince. Took out the couple of minions he had with him pretty quick, then we started blasting it out. Finally after a pretty nice fight, the Prince goes down and I'm hovering there happily patting myself on the back when all of a sudden all these electric bolts start zapping me and my health (already low) goes red. I barely have time to get my Personal Force Field up to save my bacon, all the while going "WTF?! I cleared this area! Gears?! WTF is a Gear?!" Gotta love the enemy that keeps giving, even after it's dead.
As for RPing, I've got my character backstory all developed (perhaps insanely so...I'm an amateur writer as a hobby and I get carried away with this stuff all the time ), just haven't really got a chance to use it. Not many folks use Local and I shut off Broadcast half the time because it's spammed by folks who don't know about/can't be bothered with the Seek Team flag.
Oh well, hopefully I'll find some like minded souls once I get back in game this weekend (curse you vile Gamestop and your lousy pre-order shipping to Hawaii!).
ooohhhh very interesting--i agree!!! i have more fun levelling up and just having a ball helping out fellow team members. it's so nice to see a fellow hero helping somebody else(especially from dying) especially when their not part of te team(so heart warming *sniff*)

Hehe, I did the same thing, sorta. I stood on the hill and started motivating them to work out!
"Burn that flab! Work it! No pain, no gain! Don't quit on me now soldier!"
I did that for about 10 minutes before I got bored. Of course, when I did it then there was only 1 NPC doing it. Yesterday I saw like 8 NPCs at that spot. The chaos!!
I'm looking for a few RPers to meet on Wednesday and start doing some RPing...

Nice to know someone's interested... I've been playing for a while now, and have made about 6 lvl 16's characters.. From controllers to Defenders to Scrappers (I like the creation more fun than actually playing the game).. Just come back to this post and state your characters name, and I'll look you up, and if you need guidance in enjoying the game more. I use to like bringing low level characters into the sewers and helping them gain easy quick levels. It's enjoyable watching others have fun to me. People make Super Hero groups than add a whole bunch of members and just go do missions. To me, thats not what Super Groups are all about. There needs to be some RPing involved. Any lvl 10 Character can make a Super Group, and give it some stupid name. That defeats the purpose in my opinon. I would rather meet people and gain lvls together than form a group. I have about 3000 Super groups to choice from, but none have no depth. I was hoping to start something here, but no one is interested... But i'll look you up, maybe fight some crime together.
