tankee....while its pretty much basic...I too am a big fan of the look and one of my personal favs....getting an AT match in regards to feel and concept....now thats the tricky part ~

aye...seems I will be going back to scrapland for AG. while I like the toughness feel of the tank for him definately see him as being a tad more offensive. just toying with the idea of being an invuln or just sticking with the regen. and to be honest to for me to get past the end recovery thing on regen...that is one of the best powers there are imo....especially at the lower levels. I dunno...may make the invuln version and see how it feels....if I cant stand it I'll just jump back ta regen

as far as blapper zappers...aye...being a squishy on the front line is indeed hazardous to ones life but that in turn is part of the appeal. I have played around a couple times with an elec/elec blapper zapper and enjoyed the hell out of it. heck...its how Ms Majestic started...till I jumped her over to a tank. heh...more than likely I'll go back eventually once I think of a concept and look I like that fits. ~

...altism...aye, I suffer. although, while I dont have multiple accounts filled to capacity I would hazard a guess that I have had well over 100 different characters. where are they now? deleted...I find that after awhile I either grow bored with that once thought of great concept...or they just are not working out as I had hoped. as such, they get deleted...no reason to hang on to them.

the only exception to the above is my very first character I made on Champion. Crossover (the name that I still like though). he's a 42 empath/psi....and I never play him. heck...havent even been in him for over half a year now...but he'll never get the chopping block....just because...

currently...I have champion filled although a good number are just place setting on names. in virtue I have 6...although I may be leaving that server soon...I dunno...given the number of people that play there one would think its PUG heaven. to bad that aint the case in my experience. ah well....so the cookie crumbles...~

without even looking at the various responces this is what I would say....

whatever you can get and whatever people are willing to pay for. its just that simple.

I will say this though....take a look around at the other here that offer commissions. then you would gauge off of that...

personally I believe you should wait. in the short amount of time that you have been posting work I have seen a tremendous improvement in your work. given the anime/manga'ish feel your going for I would say keep going. start focusing in on cetain aspects....work on different poses and perspectives. once you have a decent grasp of these then give 'er a whirl... I say this not to be cruel but just as an honest opinion and my personal take on where you are now in regards to your work.

whatever decision you choose to run with though I am behind ya 110% Derek and I truely look forward to seeing more of your ever improving work. ~

soo...brought AG over to virtue but really wishy washy on what I want him to be. given the look I keep thinking tank but no sword which is a part of his background. currently he's a scrap swd/reg....but finding it a little lacking. considered going swd/invuln scrap and then focus on the invuln side of the house and grab all the aggro grabbin tools I can but unsure how well that would work. I do know he would basically be kinda sucktacular till the low 20s though.

tank side...invuln is a given. (not a fan of any of the others...cant stand the looks, although fire would be next choice if I had to). secondary is the toughy. given no sword option (boooo) stuck with going either mace (current thought mainly cause it looks different and kinda cool looking). ax...not keen on this. SS....which would fit his heritage being an asgardian (vanir specifically) or EM...which I like but dont think it would fit terribly well for the concept.

tanks and scraps....I actually prefer the tank and think it would actually fit best here...kinda. to many arguements on both sides of the fence really and all are valid and within concept.

critiques are rare, but I think its due to multiple factors....suffice to say that the critiques are out there but typically only when asked for.... (IMO)

in regards to your "worst" piece...kinda agree about the face, specifically the teeth/mouth... if you fixed the mouth/teeth along it would turn this one around. the pose itself I have no issues with...and actually kinda like it.~

I really like the look of this one....even if it is unfinished I love the look as it stands...~

...well, quite a few responces here. given such a piece would "cost", I would be willing to assist in offsetting it. obviously whiteperegrine would also, as mentioned before, be willing to bare a bit of skin for the ladies (july)...although questionable whether he is "beefcake" material, none the less willin to take part....assuming this goes further than the "wish list" ~

...I run with the basic set up for the most part. although I do move a couple tray around up top. for the most part I live with everything open...although I shrink everything to about 88%... I would do a screenie but feelin lazy~
