I would try the games latest QOL commands:
/uninstall
/quit (I am told this means just dont log in for 20 days now) -
Here is a list of what is up for grabs. Everything with more than one Io will be available to be won.
-
This will be a quick 2 v 2 single elimination tourney. This will limited to 8 teams. I would like to get this done in about 1-2 hours time. Date is January 16th, @ 9PM central time.
Rules:
· Travel suppression is off. Heal decay is off. Diminishing returns is on.
· Tier 1's and arena temps only. Tray checks are acceptable if you have reason to believe this is not being obeyed.
· Any combination of heroes and villains is acceptable. All loot is blue side, if you play a villain you must switch to hero to collect.
· 1 D/C per match, if within the first 3 minutes of the match.
· Reset of cage matches. If both teams can agree on a map, please use it. If not, random it is. No more than 2 resets because of undesired map. On the third attempt, you will use the 'cargo map'.
Format:
· 10 min FFA to determine seeds for the tourney. It will be you and your partner teamed together. This is based on most kills. This does not have to be the toon you plan to use in the tourney, but must be from one of your accounts.
· In case of tie, the first to sign up will get the higher seed.
· The higher seed in each match will set the match.
· The winning captain, and only the winning captain, will report results back to me.
· Parings will be 1-8, 2-7, 3-6, and 4-5. 2nd round will be winners of 1-8 vs. winner 4-5 and so on
Prizes:
Every time your team wins you get a prize. I will have 50 random PvP IOs in my tray. You and your partner will both select (2) numbers (total of 4) between 1 and 50 and will be awarded that prize. If the number has already been selected, you will select till an IO is present in the number you have chosen. There will be some good stuff. There will be some not so good. I will do my best to make it a 50/50 ratio. Yes, procs will be included.
The winners from the FFA will get to select.
The winners of each match will get to select.
I figure I will need 4 IO's for the FFA payout. I will need another 28 (7 winners X 4) for matches. All left over IO's (18 IO's) will go to the winners. I will give them to the captain. How you split them up is up to you. I take no responsibility other than to give all remaining IO's over to the captain.
I will add 1 billion influence (blue monies) to the winners. Again, how you split that up is up to the winning team. After the money transfers from me to the captain, I am out of the equation. Please make sure to have room as not to go over the cap on money being held by a toon. I will only make this transfer once
Sorry, if you are on my ignore list you are ineligible. Petty, I know, but if you made my ignore list of 2 people it was for a good reason.
Teams:- @Sid Jr & @Mr Imp
- @Cassie & @ S I N
- @Dethwing & @ Quartermain
- @MercuryDown & @ Ignicity
- @We Eat Rice & @dexington
- @Lil & @ Leroy
- @Macskull & @Conflict
- @Dragon Fantasy & @ Tight Tod
Thanks all, we are full! Everybody will be getting something for their time, make sure to check in before event starts to choose from my inventory. -
I got enough for this to happen. I will put the final draft around the first.

It is not Pum like numbers, but it should indeed be a good haul.

Some smack-talking foo been saying toona can't change Justice PvP, he ain't no computer hacker! Well ask me this, suckas, how do you explain this tourney?!
Seeing the mass exodus of Pvpers, from Justice, has made me a sad panda. To help fund their toons on another server, I will give them an opportunity to earn some PvP IO's and then transfer their loot to their new homes. There will be 50 PvP IO's up for grabs, as well as some blue side cash.
This will be a quick 2 v 2 single elimination tourney. This will limited to 8 teams, with residents of Justice getting preference of these slots. This means if you transfer from another server, you will only get a slot if Justice does not fill this. I would like to get this done in about 1-2 hours time. Date is January 16th, @ 9PM central time.

This is not a signup sheet. It is to gauge interest and to see if I missed anything. If there is anything you would like to see added, I encourage you to do so here. If enough interest is shown I will put a signup sheet up with the final rules (around January 1st).
So don't gimmie no back talk! -
I RP as a d-bag, both ingame and in real life. I don't know if that helps you any.

Quote:This is how Pum rollsIf you've ever run with my crew you'd know we understand the concept of steamrolling.
Without a doubt Pum is one of the better kins in the game, I would take his word as gospel. -

Quote:The cry of undocumented nerf and the attribution of malicious intent on the developers followed by indignant outrage by some players when a bug rears it's ugly head and breaks their favorite mission/power/costume piece is just too common.
Not every change you encounter is an evil plot to deny you your enjoyment of this game.
You seem to have a vast knowledge in what the design/bug process entails, I will make no attempt to challenge you on this. However, correct me if im wrong, did Castle not admit to some undocumented changes with this very quote?

Personally, I have to yet to see anyone accuse the dev team of being malicious. Several have implied that was the case in their defence of the devs. I don't think that to be the case here. My belief is that they are asking for better communication and to be more informed on what should be tested.
With your background in development/bugging tell me this, should a TF's maps change without some kind of internal input? It's not to be snarky, I really have limited knowledge here and would think this would be the only way four maps would change on a TF.
Edit: I had my answer after submitting my post and seeing Zombies post. Thank you. -
Ice, Enri I applaud you in your efforts in trying to get the red side raid started up. It is, imho, a much harder and specialized method of raiding when compared with the blue version. People need to know and expect a longer time for completion, as well as preparation (nukes, eoe farms, etc...). With a couple completions and getting accustomed to the process, I have no doubt you will be able to knock this puppy out in about a hours time. Alas, I have no viable toons left to help you in this endeavor, I wish you the best and a successful raid.
As a side note, the villain side on Justice has to me been every man, group for themselves. Establishing a community red side has been long over due and sorely needed. I give you much respect for stepping up. Kudos! -

See, this is what happens when you let a woman out of the kitchen. They come in all willy nilly and derail threads. Next thing you know we are looking of videos of robots and a hairy dood. I stand by my negative rep.
-
My post was tantamount to mollify you. If i had any rep left to give i would have blown it right there.
-
Happy B-Day Mac! Philly wants to give you this for your special day.
-
You forgot the smiley face, Philly. If we weren't in cahoots I might be offended and have to use that pesky report post button. I would hate for you to lose posting rights ---- or would I?
-
Pum, in your next rant could you include these topics:
1) The inability to use Oro , shivans , temps when exed down.
2) Master of badges fighting AVs at 49, (STF, RSF). That so cheapens it for those that put hours in to get that badge. Or is this like Little League now and everyone gets a badge for participating? For the record i don't care about badges, it still must suck for those who do and have went to great lengths to get them.
3) Bypass of the cutscreens or give us merits for watching it. A couple hundred times and i think i have it.
4) When the leader isn't in the same zone, the mission scales to the first person in the mission settings.
5) Why is this Cho guy so darn smexy? Why does he never call the next day ;.;? -
What gets me the most, even after the GM showed up to move the computer out so we could destroy it in the second mish, he didnt stay around to make sure we could finish the next two like missions.
At least there were green fireballs and blue imps. I guess that makes up for any irregularities in game play. -
i wouldnt want anyone to miss this totally awesome pic so here it goes
