We all saw what happened when WARE.gov were able to see lineups before they fought them in officials. Don't just post up garbage like you don't remember the time FAP heroicly forced you to only get 9 kills on them by playing their out of the box "MM team that doesn't move" strategy. Yes maybe you beat Shillelaghgans 33-2, 20-3, and 31-3. So what? They've beaten Exile 6 times now. And Exile almost got as many kills on you as HoneyBadgers so clearly there's a shift in PVP dominance going on.
Maybe you've come back, year after year, and beaten every other team. So what? You think it impresses teams that practice and PL more than you when you beat them with little effort? You think it matters to hardcore PVPers that you're an RPer and you've beaten all of them? Do you think they care that while you're writing fanfiction they're running internals/practice and you still beat them?
You need to accept that while you may beat every single team put in front of you. It doesn't mean you're the best in PVP. Sometimes being the best means waiting until no-one else is PVPing and then accepting practices. You used to be good man. But you're showing how much you're a relic of a bygone era. PVP isn't about actually PVPing anymore. It's about massaging egos of people who are bad but have been PVPing for years. The skill is in finding ways to become detached from reality. It's about roleplaying OOC that they're good at PVP. This isn't a MMO man. This is an MMORPG. Think about that. -

I think the guy that started the thread was just looking for a fun zone build with which to pvp. Km/reg, KM/elec, and Km/fire should all be fine.
The earth/fire dominator lineup is currently the best being used for the pvp league. The league bans a number of powers, including all incarnates except alpha, and doesn't use travel suppression or heal decay. I don't think it's a relevent concern for someone who is looking to just do zone and some occasional duels. -

GMW was a top tier pvp guild and could have beaten Renegades when we last played, Renegades just happened to come out on top at the end.

That's crazy to lose an official like that. Our team just doesn't practice when we are in that situation. But then again it was the Renegades they would have lost anyways. They are almost as bad as FAP.

Adequate response: When Mebs did that (with Dex and Silit with him, I believe?) to me in zone, I just went on vent and asked Artic and iMidget to play with me. And we tied. And it was fun. Actual fun. Far more than running around RV wormholing baddies into drones or reading diatriabes as tokyo RPs with his retarded brethren. -
if you're relying on healing flames for anything other than to top you off while you're not the spike target anymore, you either have some really bad emps with you or are facing a team of downies.
popping greens > healing flames.
