Haven't played a villian in a long time..

At lvl 40 i'm playing my brute doing AE missions.
After a couple runs i lvl twice. So i head to the arbiter and so i look to choose my lvl 41 power. I want to choose an ancillary pool power but the button or whatever to click to get to the ancil power screen doesn't show up...
