According to Ginko's schedule, that's Positron (6/17), Moonfire (6/24), Sister Psyche (7/1), Citadel (7/8), Hess (7/15).
That should easily get you to 30+ to run Manticore on 7/29.
You already qualify for Synapse on 8/5.
He'll be running Maria's AV arc from a contact on 8/12, which means you would be SSK'd up with no minimum level requirement.
I'd imagine you'd be 35+ by 8/19 (2½ months from now) to run the ITF.
With any luck, you might even be 45+ to run Kahn (8/26) and Faathim (9/2) as well.
So it looks like the only one that toon might not qualify for is Numina on 7/22, and possibly the last two, depending on if you did any leveling outside the weekly TFs.
Edit: Is it okay to bring a villain to the ITF? Or is this strictly Heroes? -
I got a couple of levels on him, but I thought I couldnt join the TF's unless I was at least the minimum level? My blaster is 25 or 26 now.

It's auto sign up for all? I can join the 25 and under TFs and the ITF. If that's cool. I don't play my hero much so I am lacking a ton of levels.

On weekdays I am on during the afternoon and into the late evening (CST). Weekends Ill spend all day on the game if nobody wants to do anything in real life. Also like Turg mentioned, the Freedom Horde is a great way to find teams and missions. Look me up later on.

Every once in a while when I am logging in to the game (before server selection), I'll get instantly disconnected and receive the "Cannot connect to DB server" message. It doesn't happen often enough to be a real issue, but the fact that it does happen is still annoying.

From the sound of it, that Dr. Q TF needs a serious overhaul.

I must have just been lucky then, I got a hiccup during the oracle mission but then everything else ran well. Either way I am sorry to hear about the lag terrorists that got you guys, I was getting a bunch last week and it got so bad I blue screened a couple of times.
Sue tell your hubby thanks for me also, Debt Collector freed me up earlier before the ITF. -

I might not hit 25 in time
i need to go see a friend who is a new mommy since this morning. That wont take all day but Ill get on my hero as soon as i get back home and see how many lvls I can get before the run. He's 20 now.

I would say to bump it up to maybe 15 if there are a lot of lowbies playing your arc, but dont lower from an EB to a Boss. I think bosses are better off in the middle of a mission or beginning of an arc. EBs and AVs are much more fun to fight.
