I think that the raid times we see now were picked because they were conveniant for the raid leaders and that since the times seem to work nobody questions them.
Getting beteen 36-50 people to gather for an event can be trying under the best of circomstances and that's why people are hesitant to attempt to make the change.
That being said as long as there was enough interest I'm sure a later raid time could be managed. -

None that I know of offivcially, I normally go in to the zone and I am satisfied with the EoEs that drop for me. I normally play a squishy though. Also raiders are willing to share EoEs within reason. I know I'm always willing to hand out any spare EoEs I have.

Red raids are cool, they can be as smooth as red raids. I've seen it happen.
I'd like to invite people to try red raids, they're fun and challenging and the rewards are good.
Quick edit: It takes us about an hour to gather but once things get started a raid takes between 45-60 minutes. -
