What is the best way to turn hero/alignment merits to cash? Buying converters and turning pvp i/o's or purples? Reward rolls? Buying recipes like LOTG or numina procs?

+4 means 3.5 times more ixp than +0
I want ixp and threads fight knives with def debuff S&L -

I run an 8v8 pvp farm and have noticed a huge drop in the "average numbers". On average I would get between 25-30 drops in a 24 hour period, whereas now, I have been averaging 12-15 in a 24 hour period since the issue hit.
Dont understand why the devs would DROP the rate at which these are dropping, if they up the drops, the market will balance out, and IO's wont be selling for 2-3 billion influence anymore.
P.S. And I run my farm on 2 comps....1 for the killers, 1 for the diers. Have been running it this way for 2 years.....it runs just fine.
