Speaking of this, last night, the Villains owned the zone! The battles were brought to the hero base's doorstep, but unfortunately, it quickly turned into a gank since the heroes started melting away when they realized they were outnumbered. Compliments to moonslicer, Orice, Blacc, Riot Lion, and numerous others for hanging in there anyways.

For those who understand the bounty system, the aforementioned heroes were dying so quickly that there was never a bounty being collected, even if they were your given bounty. They stuck to it in light of the massacre though, so many compliments to them all.

In fact, I killed him earlier today and got the 5.0 rep bonus bounty from him in bloody bay. For a defender to be able to live long enough to acquire that bounty is amazing.

And as for Warburg as compared to Siren's, there's one big difference to me. Warburg doesn't interest me at all.

It may be better to most, but I'll be sticking with Siren's.

There's one REALLY big reason why I one on one in Siren's Call instead of going to the arena...

I lose all my bounty if I go to the arena.

Other nice ones include the fun of performing in front of a crowd (think I've had over 20 people watch a couple of my fights), being able to broadcast the results instantly, and being able to watch other peoples' tactics against other players.

As for people interrupting them, it's annoying and I'll chew them out of they give a sign of ignoring other heroes' chat, but I get over it...right Arctus?

Just have a penguin wander by in a completely out of place area. Have all the characters watch him waddle by then get back to the action

I tested it. I lost it when I went to Sharkhead to level. I haven't logged elsewhere than Siren's in about two weeks.

Eh, by my own count, I'm up around 300, but it's not like I can't earn it again fairly easily. Nice QoL issue, but not a big deal.

Well, tonight I got a taste of PvP from both sides...sorta

In Siren's Call, I got blown up by DB once while I was taking out a different Scrapper, and he got front row seats as I dropped a different Blaster. He didn't interrupt that one, but instead enjoyed the show and quickly sent me a tell to let me know that it was just harsh. Also dropped NUMEROUS Scrappers tonight by myself, most in 3 shots.

Probably the best thing though was when some Storm troller came in bragging about how he was the Stalker bane. Some banter over Broadcast brought out his bragging by saying how people got pwned everytime his team killed one, so I decided that he needed to be silenced. I then found 3 other Stalkers and a pair of Dominators and we made a team. We proceeded to show up in an invisible task force, where we held BOTH of the Storm trollers that were on their team, removed them instantly from the playing field, and we proceeded to drop 2 Scrappers, a Tanker, and a Blaster that came along too. The talkative Storm troller obviously thought this was a fluke, so he brought them all (except the other Storm troller, who logged) back for more. After about 10 battles in the street, NONE of which were ruled by the Hero team, it became conspicuous that he was no longer talking in Broadcast and he ended up logging for the afternoon. I LOVE taking down a braggart so convincingly.

Prior to finishing for the night with my Stalker, I did get comepletely destroyed once by Dinah Might. Figured I would give her a wake up call and she proceeded to beat me into a little funny-colored spot on the ground for my nerve. I said it in Broadcast, but I'll say it again, GOOD JOB DINAH!

Also got a wonderful compliment tonight, as I was told that I was the quintessential SR scrapper. As it turns out, the definition of this word varies from what I thought it was and that was AWESOME

Then, around 9pm, like the last few nights, I switched over to my hero so that I could recruit for my SG. It was a DEAD night for recruiting, so em and Drizz were just making the rounds of a couple zones when I happen to run into someone I recognize. So I say hi:

"I killed you in PvP! "

After introductions, it came to light who my PvP character was and he began making exclamations of how effective I am at PvP. He even told me that he belonged one night to an 8-man team dedicated to hunting just me...that I apparently picked off every member of except him (he's an invul tank) without them catching me a single time. I was amazed that someone knew me so well. So I'm chatting with him when a Scrapper comes walking up...

"I killed you in PvP too! "

Again, introductions followed, and once he learned who I was, "Dude, you're infamous in there..." Again, I was incredibly surprised by this, and we continued talking.

At the end of the night, I now have two new members of The Pingu Coalition And I won them over by killing them

The Drones are changed in the patch so that they no longer give debt. Thus, something will have to be done to convince people to not just camp the hero/villain hospital, get deleted, fly back to the other hospital, rinse, repeat.

Prev, Grav and Dragon sure made a great team. Before I switched to Pang and teamed up with Cold Call, and I forget the other blaster's name (sorry), I was on my Warshade, Ebon Welkin, and those 3 sure laid it to me. All I wanted to do was try my hand at Frenzied Dragon and every time I would attack him *poof* there were Grav and Prev holding me and AS'g my behind. Even though it can get frustrating 3 v 1 it was still a great time.

Yeah, Lad was unfortunate enough to be drawn as mine or Grav's bounty about 5 straight times on his WS, so we'd go looking for him and attack...just in time to see Dragon there already attacking. I felt terrible cuz I kept "stealing" his kills, so we invited him to the team and found a group to play against instead. It turned out that that happened right when Lad switched to his tank

Ah, I see X-Inferno far more often in there than Cold Call (I really need to start writing these down or something), but I had to ask, is Cold Call an actual character idea that is for PvE or a PvP FOTM-type of character? In PvP, I know that he was HORRIFIC at times...

Okay, long post cuz I've got a couple different stories tonight. First, Happy Birthday Arctus, and I'm looking forward to adding another Stalker to the mix. Maybe with time we'll get a whole damn wolfpack hunting Siren's Call

Of the stories, one happened in the early evening time and was so sad it became funny. Citizen Zero was out there with his FOTM ice/storm troller that I think finally killed a muse after an hour or so, and our target was a Emp Defender named (I believe) Reparation (we just called her Rep). Our chat log was requested by Citizen Zero, so this is a summary of this part (leaving out any crucial tactical measures ):

<Team> Stalker Quason: We'll have to tp her out of the hurricane.
<Tell from> Citizen Zero: You want me to drop the hurricane?
<Team> Me: np, we can do it
<Tell to> Citizen Zero: Nah, we need the practice
We line up our spots

Hospital trip ensues as we are both discovered

<Team> Stalker Quason: It says invalid target, it's giving me red circles
<Team> Me: Try it into the air over us
Rep gets TP'ed directly over us without me knowing she's coming and runs off
<Team> Me: I gotta know when...

It was Abbott and Costello Go Stalking...

We never did drop her, but I did fight her one on one...where I got beat That's right, an Empathy Defender beat me Actually, her secondary more did, but she still whooped me pretty good She also had a hell of a fight going on with Quason before they were interrupted by some folks who never gets kills apparently, so they had to grief a one on one.

After awhile, the amount of heroes in the zone began to thin, and some of us villains, especially the Stalkers, began to fly through our Bounty lists pretty quickly. One Blaster in particular, by the name of DR. Jones, seemed to find a Stlkaer's methods wimpy, so he called one of us out for a one on one. I volunteered and we established the building it would be held at. Two villains wanted to watch (both teammates of mine, one Stalker, one Dominator) along with about 6 other heroes. We arrived, and this Blaster, who found the Stalkers' methods sad, proceeded to start attacking our Dominator (the only person he could see). I gave him three warnings in Local Chat (since everyone can see this, even if villain chat is not enabled) to stop if he wanted to live. He didn't, so he was struck down. I told him to come back for his one on one with me. He came back and IMMEDIATELY started attacking that Dominator again. 3 more warnings received no heed, so he was killed again while approximately 5 heroes watched the two Stalkers obliterate him (think we hit for about 1400 dmg on a Level 30 Blaster). Again, invited him to return for the one on one. He did return (and we chased a Scrapper away who wanted to drop the same Dom again in the meantime), and he chose that I could not use Hide while I chose that he could not use Inspirations. We both gave our ready and I proceeded to knock him down, placate him, build up, AStrike, and Air Superiority to finish him off. It took about 8 seconds. I then was griefed by the same Scrapper we had chased away before, but that Blaster never challenged another Stalker to a one on one.

Now, for the most fun I have EVER had in PvP, I got to fight Celestial Lad's tank, and Ice/Dev Blaster (MEAN BUILD) whose name I believe was Cold Chill, and a Fire Blaster whose name escapes my mind atm. I was teamed with an EA/EM Brute and a Grav Dominator, and we were the ONLY 6 people in the zone. It was FANTASTIC fighting! We died a bunch, they died a bunch, then we repeated the whole thing. This was BY FAR, the best fighting I've yet to see in PvP and I hope I get to have situations like this more in the future. This was just all out warfare with no ganking, griefing, whining, complaining, exclaiming of 1337n3ss, or any of the other bad things of PvP. We probably fought for an hour or an hour and a half in this fashion and it was just SO much fun. I once again thank all the other participants for the fun as it was a fantastic time and hectic time.

Kinda funny that Placate is described as "removing you from their hate list."

No offense, but in PvP, every time I Placate, I guarantee myself a spot on the top of that player's hate list...

Very ncie guide, but there is one thing I'll point out. I located an exploit in the Sewer Trial that makes it VERY, VERY, VERY easy. Your guide is right without the exploit, but as it's very easy to perform, I'm sure I'm not the only to have discovered it. I'm not going to reveal the exploit publicly, but you may want to list that there is a known exploit regarding that Trial that makes it nigh-impossible to fail as long as you have one person that is the correct level range to get the missions.

Thought I'd take the opportunity to note that I dropped Deadboy twice tonight. Once, when, of all things, he was sending ME a tell, and once when he was slacking on his trap for about 5 seconds (I was watching close ). I DID share a secret about his trap though, so it will probably get better in the future

Focus is currently my way of annoying Storm trollers (almost none have KD protection, so Focus to piss them off ) and my finishing move. I AStrike the Blaster and he's left with 10 HP but is running? Not anymore. It's also the fast animation attack that I use when that Stone tank (or other difficult to drop bounty) of mine is located with 15 HP left in the middle fighting a mob. No time to get close cuz the mob will have killed him, so I sling a Focus at him. About 50% of the time, I get the final shot, credit, bounty, and a "Gotcha!" cry at home He also gets no debt, so normally they're pretty cool with it...

I DID kill Citizen Zero's ice/storm troller in Siren's call though

Started out that I just annoyed him by flying around and using Focus (Ranged FTW!) while he had trouble keeping his hurricane on me. His Aid Self kept him upright, but then some help arrived. A Brute taunted mercilessly, so no more -Fly moves on me, and a Dominator named Ivy landed her FIRST hold in PvP on him! I AStruck him to rake in a pretty bounty for his head to top it off Was nice having a conversation in tells the whole time too

As for my rep, I got a screenie of it over 180 just in case I never get that high again ( ) and made 22 tonight Pretty much fully slotted with SO's now, and I have a surprise for all those Heroes that show up tomorrow

And Frost, you're some kinda tough since you see right through my damn Stealth, so we had to catch ya SOMEWHERE! Kill goes to Quason though, he beat me to your side

I'm also willing to one on one with folks, but EVERYONE, PLEASE make sure your villain chat is enabled. Dropped a pair of folks from The Watchguard tonight and wasn't able to respond to one of their tells because it wasn't enabled.

And if you come out there and call out all villains in Broadcast like a certain PLing tank did tonight, the PERFECT thing to do afterwards is forget you're in the Broadcast channel and broadcast, "Rez plz" when I drop you

Also had my timing down tonight as one Stalker got taken down by a blaster and a nearby troller said over Broadcast, "Haha! Someone got you!" just as I one-shotted her. Her next Broadcast was not acceptable for this forum

Unfortunately, I've hit a quandry. My PvP rating is neaarly 180, and if I leave the zone, it zeroes. But I need to Level up to 21 They really need to put an Arbiter in there that can level me up I figure I'll just hit 200 and then head out to level
