  1. I don't know that I meant "should work" in the sense that you explained it and I'm sorry it sounded that way. I must have used it before not knowing that everyone else didn't have a TAB key like mine. Obviously I was mistaken and said so later on in the posting somewhere. Even as recently as my last post. I can only percieve the world around me and therefore am forced to be self-centered until I effect others in which case I learned differently and adjusted based on reactions and facts. I'm not going to say I don't want the game to play the same way it did before. But I am also not going to say it would hurt. If everyone hasn't tried something that doesn't make it bad, try it and then say it's bad is all I ask. It probably won't happen but you shouldn't get mad at me for wanting the game to work how I found it most simple. Others might find the same to be true and by saying I'm self serving when the whole time I thought this is how everyone played (hence the title) and then thought that others might enjoy it as well and asked for just that.

Either way its a bug or a bug fix which altered gameplay and was not in any patch notes so I posted it and hope it gets fixed the way it was so others can continue to target like they used to and I can target like I used to and maybe in the future I can get 1 other person to enjoy it. Until then I am self serving. Honestly I never even said once that this should be fixed in a manner that would change everyone's TAB key, just that I would appreciate if mine were fixed since it seems to be a 0 in the 1's place small error that never effected anyone in the first place. Heck it even took me almost 2 pages just to explain exactly how it worked originally its such a foreign design.

At least we agree on that 8> Thanks for all your input. Its hard to agree with you on the rest but at least you have valid points on why you think that way. I only wish I could have shown you what it did and how easily I worked with it.
  3. I said "Nope" in response to it possibly having glitches with the targeting. Firstly the way I was describing it works. It's worked for years. So bugs aren't an issue. Secondly, if there were bugs in the targeting, they would be tested and resolved if they should appear.

And you made mention of only having to hit one key to do as you described. But in fact you stated you would have to first hit target near or an attack, and then just use tab to select the target. That's 2 keys sir. Given any of my attacks are set to 1-10 keys which they are. I'd have to hit a number key or my set target near key, and then hit tab. Which is 2 keys. I don't see where you think I have any way of cycling targets the way I used to by hitting 1 key. Its 2.

And you make another great point of "if they change it, it could affect alot of people". The thing is somehow they did change something, for me. And, though I may not be a lot of people, I still think its something that should be looked into. And I also honestly believe a lot of people could find it very useful if given the chance to play with it. So why not I ask?

Bugs - nope, not for me in my past experiences.
Affecting play style - not if its only (re)added as an extra target type.

There's no provable downside except resources to find and fix/integrate back in my original target TAB key. I simply think something was changed with defeated targets that made them cycle normally as long as they are selected and I find that to be a bug which is hindering my game play.

This is where using NEXT becomes useful. It'll target the foe right in front of your teammate because it is the NEXT distance away from your current target. Then you can send out an attack or taunt to save the teammate. Same can be done in "protect object" missions when something is attacking the object, though this usually requires having the object itself in a custom target bind as well.. which I actually often use.

I realize this is not the exact circumstance you are talking about, but if they were to code something that makes NEXT check your current target for valid attacks first, then it may break any other uses of the code.
Nope it worked just as you described, I could target next off a player I was assisting and it worked off their location. I loved that about it as well and I have many tanks and characters that assist tanks in the past.

I don't want my target to reset on the mob surrounding me and have to cycle back through the entire mob if I am trying to finish off the other runner first.
That is another good example that I can understand but from my experience when I'm IN a mob its usually with a melee character. The last thing I want to be fighting is the stuff running away if theres something close. Not to mention the lacking ranged attacks. If I'm in melee range I want to fight whats closest all the time. Even if the health is low on the enemies because eventually they'll run right back to me. If all thats left is a bunch of runners then let em run and my old tab key would still cycle em. The only time I ever run into trouble is when I target next too far because I'm being nitpicky about what I want to attack, like a sorc. In which case I have to hit escape and tab tab tab to get the closest and cycle outward again.

I did that differently altogether. I would mostly just cycle alot with tab or hand pick targets for Debuffs with my rads. I didn't spend much time repicking targets though since the recharge on the debuffs was usually a few seconds at least, I had plenty of time to find a new one. So I personally would not have a problem as described in that instance. But in rebuttal theres always the range of the next nearest target to the defeated target to think about. I would find it simpler to target the nearest target and cycle outwards then to target the next enemy from the one that died and have the chance that it be something to far to activate the power or have your choices limited on whats available past the defeated target. If my tab key were used, yes it would get the half dead ones nearby targeted, but it would also target everything near and far depending on the times you hit tab and give a better grasp of whats left and allow you to pick the most alive/beneficial targets. And since the powers recharge slow you would still have time to decide/activate when ready.

If you want one closer instead, there is a command for PREVIOUS and for NEAREST.

It shouldn't be up to the game client to decide which one you want. You press the button for NEXT, and that's what you get... and I hope it isn't changed. The way it currently works is the way many of us are already used to. I don't want my range resetting on me automatically. If I want the nearest foe, I'll press my button for it.

Besides, I'm already thinking about the types of bugs and unintended targeting behavior that would result in trying to code such a change. What affect would it have on targetcustomnext, or targeting allies or even targeting the dead foes on purpose? Just leave it alone. It's working the way it is supposed to. I'm sorry it's not the way you seem to remember it, but don't break the commands just because you don't want to use another button like the rest of us do.

Can you tell me what situation you come across where you need to target the enemy past a defeated target with target next instead of the nearest target. I understand its how you've always done it. But whats the need to target beyond dead targets when the outcome is sometimes targeting mobs that aren't near you. Can you understand that hitting target near is almost always what gets hit after a defeat, if not an attack key to do the same thing? It's apparent to me that if it stays the way you say its intended to, then that means after I defeat a target I will need to hit target nearest to stay in my fight, and TAB to change targets in that fight. 2 keys versus one, because of the way my game identified defeated targets. I just ALWAYS used to hit target nearest after somethings defeated, but because its what happens when I used to hit TAB or an attack. Is that Not something you do as well? I can't understand how it could be used badly. Its just target nearest with benefits. Please tell me how that would hurt your gameplay.
  6. I realize about the dead targets being needed for the WS powers I was just saying how it worked before made no difference to WS powers as I was thinking that might have been the reason for the change. I see that it appears that I was the only one able to target this way for a while using tab. I just like the way it worked for me before and it seems I may have been the only one using this benefit. I mean a defeated target doesn't cycle if you target off them, so why should it set the next target as a distance away from said defeated target if under normal cycling conditions it would ignore a defeated target.

Well anyone know the developer I can talk to about this sort of thing, since its not a bug anymore I have a feeling some people would like to try the way I've been targeting all along. Its nice when you don't want to hit an attack to cycle the nearest target after a kill and have it potentially also start that attack even though you might want to use a different power. I mean imagine using tab to cycle targets and find the nearest target after a defeat. Doesn't that sound nice? I used to love it! 8>

I didn't think anyone was flaming or anything btw. So no worries there, mostly just shocked that nobody else had a TAB key as awesome as mine. Woop!

And yes that's actually how it worked for a long time. I don't know how but I never thought twice about it until it changed for me. Only applies when the foe is defeated and you hit tab but I mean really, how often does that happen? Every fight for me.
  7. BTW It also seems to work by distance as it should so a workaround would be to stand next to every dead body you defeat and hit tab as that would also give the nearest target in a cycle. However should you have the dead critter selected as the last thing you defeated and run into a different group and hit tab theres a chance that that now far away dead critter still counts as distance and therefore as you hit tab you cycle to something WAAY far in front of you past the group you just jumped into. Its all about distance from your character. If you're close to the defeated target as mentioned you will get more accurate next target results. If your far away and any enemy moves closer then defeated target then there's no way to know how far away the next nearest target could be. Fighting outdoors could yield funny results. Say you fight a sorc in a group of Tsoo. You land a DoT on him and he teleports and dies, you hit tab and find you've targeted one of many other mobs not right next to you somewhere on the open map. Hit tab again and maybe after his potentially 20 friends are targeted first as next next nearest targets it will show you the ones punching you in the face. Just saying. It used to start the cycle over when an enemy died, now it continues if from your position currently to the next closest targets position currently. And it matters if you move. Move further it will only get you the next closest target from how far you are then to the defeated enemy. Dead enemy is 100 yds you will not get a near enemy you will get enemy 100.000001 yds or further.

And again to Master Blade - sorry just keep rereading posts, but the powers targeting next nearest target when something is defeated is something that still works thankfully but it used to work with tab as well. At least for me. And you wouldn't believe how helpful it seems now that its gone.
  8. In reply to Master Blade, it says Target_Enemy_Next like I've always had it set.

OK Heres how it worked for me for 6 years and I've never altered my tab key. TAB = Target next enemy. Always has. The difference now: say you start a fight, just loaded into a map and you see a group in front of you. The next target is the nearest target to you and so you hit tab and you get the nearest target just like you would with "Target Nearest" and if you hit it again you get the next target closest to you after that target. Target dies from damage dealt and you hit TAB again, since no target is selected except a defeated villain, which is "no target" it resets like you never had anything targeted and goes to "Target Nearest" and would work again as intended and you could hit it again to cycle nearest to farthest without a problem.

Except now it factors the defeated critters as still a valid target. So if your ranged and you defeat that boss at the far end of the group because he was your first priority and hit tab after defeating him you will target the group behind him as though he were a target and the "Target next" said to target whats beyond him. Instead of realizing that that is a defeated target and the cycle needs to be reset.

Target Next has always started off as target nearest and go from there. Now its simply target next whether alive or dead it will target whats beyond your current target. I used to love having both keys use target next and never really need to manually select targets with the mouse. Now I need to because the next target is often the target furthest from me. I could set my TAB key to target nearest but then I'd lose the ability to cycle targets. This is how it used to work for me. I've played that way for 6 years. If there are other ways target next worked for other people then I'd like to see the option for target nearest restored as a selectable option but using 2 keys to target is really impractical. And I can't always count on my mouse curser to stand out or even be able to target when graphics may be blocking me from targeting what I want.

Reproducible steps. Enter a mission and press tab [target next] if there's something to target it will target the nearest target. Go to a different mob with enemies behind it. Target the furthest enemy in the group and defeat it. Next hit tab and it will target the next mobs closest enemy. It happens way to often nowadays. The difference is now it will consider a defeated mob as a valid target. And yet if you target the closest enemy to you and hit target next(TAB) you will never target a defeated enemy through cycling targets. So it should not consider it a valid target and thus it should reset to "no target" and start the "target next" cycle from where it would if you HAD nothing targeted, which would be the "next (closest) target".

Edit for clarity. And I don't mean no target as thats what my target window says. I mean no target in the sense that the defeated enemy in my target window is as far as the game should be informed "no valid target". The game registers "no target" correctly when there in fact is no target, it just needs to be reminded that a defeated enemy is also not a target. Unless it was changed for the 2 powers that will ever need a dead body for a target to work, and even still all it does is allow you to target next target from that target and not cycle targets to get a dead body as a target to use so all it does is change targeting, not selection. You already had it selected at that point. Both ways if you hit tab again you won't be able to have it selected again unless you select it manually.
  9. Exactly as master blade stated. It takes nearest target from the target selected instead of nearest target from you. Nearest target is always supposed to be from you but was somehow changed to next nearest from current target in an outward way from your current location. And that can lead to mishaps. Going to work now, I'll check back tomorrow for more information and views.
  10. This happened only as of the most recent Issue, Issue 17 but is driving me nuts and forcing me to adapt. Not that I'm not, but I just wanted to post it here in the hopes its a bug and will be fixed.

Normally when you hit tab to cycle targets it goes from nearest target to farthest target and back again. This is still true, except in the past it didn't factor in defeated critters as a legitimate target and therefore reset the cycle for targeting back to closest target first. If you defeated something and you didn't change targets before doing so then the defeated target would be "no target" and it would start at nearest and go out from there.

Now however it considers the defeated target an actual target and cycles next closest target based on that dead critters location which does not always give you the next closest target. If the enemy ran just before dying it could target the entirely next mob and if you are firing fast could aggro 2 groups on accident. This isn't good.

The other problem also lies in that if you want to always target closest target you need to assign "closest target" to TAB, but what happens if you want to switch targets rapidly after that like we used to be able to do? We need an entirely new key that's set to "next closest target". This isn't very practical given that we used to be able to do both with one key. There is no need for this change so I will hope it is a bug and can be fixed because I've been using 2 keys to cycle targets recently and it is getting rather frustrating.
  11. Someone has to have them and or/seen them as I will be near the new ones soon and I haven't seen anything yet. Who has the 69 Month Vet award or beyond? It'd be nice to know. Especially since they wait til the last minute to announce what they are and only after its been leaked. So maybe we can push the announcement? Anyway, curiosity has the best of me. What say anyone?
  12. On the other hand Avani I was hoping my fellow Co* friends would be able to help me build a great machine to play this and other games I might come to love in the future I knew the community would be able to help me and it wasn't just a tell me what the greatest computer ever would look like so I could dream about it and we could all have a laugh Besides, I posted in Player Questions which I thought (I may be wrong) was a place to post any questions the players might have. I thought about posting in Technical Help/Troubleshooting but I didn't have a fixable problem with my computer that couldn't be fixed by a much needed upgrade anyway.

I really took the advice of the people here and used it to build a very cost effective and excellent machine. What will it play? CoX for a long time yeah but just to make sure that it will be able to run CoX at full GFx and be able to hopefully handle the same when Rogue adds more GFx intensity(hopefully) to the game. Wanted to make sure I got it right and turned to the people who I trust

In the end the purpose was to get input on a great machine that could keep me playing City of Heroes for years to come and I believe I've got that in my possession thanks to the people on the forums

    Thats all. Thank You! 8>

Oh and cause it was asked and I never got back to it. The money range I had for the computer was hopefully under 5k but could go over if people thought is was a good buy. I really didn't have any reservation because I pay my credit card off fast and haven't splurged in about 3 years. Computer and motorcycle is the only thing I go all out for. And I like to keep them both liquid cooled
  13. War I've never had a leak in my water cooled systems as of yet. I am very careful not to let that happen. With the testing of the lines and the fastening of the tensioners But yes it is risky.

    ANYWAY!

It's almost done and at just under 4 grand. Wanna know what I went with? I'll tell you

1 EVGA Motherboard stock OC'd and able to handle the 3.2 Intel i7 Quad Core I put in it with only 6 gigs of Corsair Dominator DDR3 Ram atm. Upgradeable to 12 later. A waste as of right now since I will be (shame time) running win xp home *serious sigh* until 7 releases. I can even buy win vista 64 for like 80 bucks but I would rather wait then waste my money on that system hog.

I went without the SSD because if I really wanted my Mobo supports Raid 0, 1 and I would only do Raid 0 on it for the speed boost. And I currently have a nice HD in there 10000rpm doozy.

2 EVGA GeForce 285 Extreme edition gpu's set dual sli and enough power now to run them.

The cooling solution is a Zalman reservoir I've tweaked to be a little more efficient (hopefully) but I may need to upgrade the pump on it and I may add a cooler master grating in later on once the machine is solid. The GFx water cooling plates will be from Swiftech when they make one for the EVGA model 285 GPU's as they were overhauled before EVGA made the nice one I bought and it should be released within a months time. I'll just have to run air cooled until its available.

So thats it. Love it? Hate it? I just hope it holds true. Thanks for all the input and advice
  14. There used to be calendars (I realize they're still there, just that they're dated now) for all the events being held and all the developers birthdays and such. When are we going to see some new calendar to let us know what friday/weekend to take off of work so we can get us some double xp

Or is double xp a thing of the past?
  15. Yeah, I couldn't wait on the Video Card because I believe the one I have is part of my computers problem sadly. I would have liked to take that advice. But now I have 2 GeForce GFx cards on the way and a killer System. And at just under 3k not including CD/DVD (which I forgot) or OS or cooling which I will go get today. The OS will be as planned but I am wondering how the install goes for Win7. Will I need a second HD to format for it? So it can use the other HD for the install?

But in response to someone's question about cooling, yeah, I have done the liquid cooling before and I maintained under 98 degrees all the time and then learned about ram and power supply heat. Back then though I had Rambus Ram. Good stuff though. I will also be buying a tower water cooler (external) and run the cords through the back slots and onto the Processor/GPU's/ and maybe the ram if I can find something suitable/safe for them. I only lack skill in the amount of thermal compound needing to be used on the heat sinks. I seem to think I need more than I actually do sometimes and it doesn't make a good connection and I end up feeling like I need to redo it because I'm not satisfied with the temperatures. Or maybe I just expect better results. I like to keep the processors at very close to room temperature while not running heavy loads.

I'll keep you all posted. You all can laugh at me if I fail like I did with forgetting the DVD drive 8> But I am confident in my skills. Does anyone think I should get a DVD r/rw cd r/rw combo and use it as a primary cd/dvd drive? I think I heard once that they don't like the loads of primary drives because they're designed to be used to write and rewrite mostly with the ability to read but not the specialty and they can break. Any good brand names you can think of or good drives and I'll consider them when I get back from the cooling place! Talk at you again soon.

BTW: My computer only took 1 startup to work this morning, I think it knows of its impending doom. And I think it knows of the things it should be afraid of arriving in the mail.

Looked and kinda liked this but not sure if an external can be used as a primary Disk Drive. Any input?

  16. Yeah I don't think I'll be making superior by some peoples means with my stubborn ways. But I mean able to over-handle minimum specs on games coming in the next 4 years. And hopefully meet recommended system specs for at least 2 years. Thats my goal. Don't mean to sound like I have the funds or even the knowhow of what to do with a real overclocked supercomputer that will be out of date in a year, but I want something to be proud of for a year, ahead of the game in 2 and still knocking on the door of future game releases.
  17. I know I know, I haven't kept up with newer systems. I read a little here and there but I built my own system before and know a bit about it. There are still terms I am unsure of but thats why I'm here researching now

I haven't even left my desk, yet alone figured out exactly what I need but heres a list so far of what I am getting into. This will better help get an idea where I'm going. And yes sometimes I am very visual and I can't recall what AGP and PCI are and how they're different but I WILL make sure and get the right stuff when I make my order or purchase so don't worry

    Check this out:

Raidmax Smilodon Case. A little older and have to check for MB size fit but hopefully that will be the one. No link cause who cares what the case looks like in terms of performance.

And OS I will go WinXP Home to startup and download OS7 and upgrade when its avail in Oct I believe someone said.

HD will be SSD and backup 500 Gig 7200 whatever drive. Look good? Need anything else?
  18. I never understood what RAID cards do. Can either of you help me on that one? Because I'm looking at a MoBo that has only AGP slots and that seems limiting but the possibilities for performance are quite nice. And things are saying RAID 1 2 or other types of raid cards help but with what? And they only work in PCI slots? PCIe maybe? A little confused on this.
  19. Thanks for all the input Bill, it helps greatly! I MIGHT even go today and look for the gear, your input helped alot. Any sites other than Newegg that I should check to price things out?
  20. Thanks bill, Yeah I am just of the mindset that when I invest in something, I invest alot in it to last along time, I figure what I want to build has to last at least 4 years and still be a superior machine. Thats why I look at the 4 processor solution, BUT I may just be overdoing it a lot because I know eventually 4 processor sets get replaced by better processors that don't need to be all piled up on one board to have the same effects. I'm just trying to make sure I don't spend 5k and then have it be outdated in a few years. And I know I'm gunna want to at least try a few newer games that come out time and time again during its lifespan.

Motherboards have always seemed limiting to me because you buy a great one and then you buy the best processor and then your stuck. You can't upgrade the board when new things come out and you can't upgrade the processor because you already bought the max it supports. So my 4 processor board is the idea to replace that occurance by making it well beyond what I think I'll need in the next 4 years. But if it won't actually help make the computer faster and in turn will only help with running multiple applications at the same time versus running one good game at a time then I will skip it. I don't ever have more than 4 windows open at one time and if one Quad core processor will be able to handle that well into 2015 (hopefully) then I'll save alot of money 8>

P.S. Wheres Billz, I can't ask his opinion and he hasn't commented on this yet. He has private messages disabled :/.

Oh and also, the HP Blackbird made me jealous, it has a external power supply. But its a factory computer. And its hp so theres no chance I'd ever consider it. Just like that they used Asetek's chill system and have an external power supply in it. If it was anyone but hp it would be neat.
  21. Well if you already have MoG then I can't see any regen ever needing another Emergency power. Enough have already complained in the past about the overabundance of emergency powers Regen has had implemented. If you feel that MoG isn't recharging fast enough for PvP and you need another backup emergency power I don't know how you'll feel about Phase. It recharges pretty dang slow as well and now it can be attacked through if someone else has phase as well, or even the phase temp power I believe. That and it always seemed to activate way to slowly to be an emergency power. In the time it took to animate on my blaster I was usually already dead.
  22. I'd love to wait a little longer, even by doing that the already available computers will have Win7 as their default OS and I can compare prices. But I don't think my computer has much time left. It took about 6 restarts to get it into windows this morning alone. 5 didn't even make it past the initial power button press. I just know its tearing my HD apart as well with all these restarts. Can't see it lasting much longer. I didn't want to have to use the Credit card if I didn't have to but seeing as how it isn't getting better, and I cannot survive without my puter, I will probably not be able to wait.

Anyway I never mentioned power sources, are there any external power supplies out there that I can have outside the system that won't cause excess heat or would I just have to take it out of the machine. I don't believe liquid cooling will help a Power Supply. And how much power would I need if I got a multiprocessor motherboard and dual Nvidia's and a Solid State Drive? I hear that will take out a lot of energy. Wondering if this super computer will kill my houses electric bill when I run it.
  23. No I understand it will be overkill for Win XP Home, that will just be a placeholder OS til 7 is in full release. I just mentioned it because I wasn't sure if Windows 7 was all its cracked up to be. I hear great things but was looking for opinions, and if it wasn't great then I'd go with Vista 64 but I wanted opinions on OS 7. Essentially I would use XP Home til I got an answer on which OS to really take advantage realizing that the computer would not be optimized til the upgrade is released which should be cheaper than flat out buying the full version of OS 7 in relation to the upgrade price of OS X to OS 7. Thanks so far for the input. Good stuff. Need more though Big investment and all that, checking out that web page now that was referred to. I'll see how it looks a little later and reply again.
  24. OK So my computer has been taking 5 restarts just to get it running and then sometimes can crash about 3 more times while playing around with it during the day. My solution was originally to buy an Alienware laptop but now that the Alienware website takes me to a Dell site because they own them I decided against it. Long Story Short I want to put something on my credit card soon and want to know what everyone thinks would be completely overkill for a system. Here's the things I think I want. Are they out there? Can it be done? You tell me Show me the ultimate computer and maybe soon I'll make it happen. BTW Who made those super computers with the CoH logo's on the side, maybe I can get a comp. from that group if its cheaper than my Supercomputer dreams.

    Check it:
Motherboard - something able to hold 4 processors/server board with 6 Ram slots and 2 AGP for SLI/Raid or whatever 2 GFX cards running together is called. Can be 1 or 2 processors if deemed unnecessary but would be cool to have Nvidia processor on the motherboard to work well with the dual Nvidia GFx cards. And I want something that has/works with the Ageia PhysX so I can get all the neat details out of CoH.

Cooling for that would be the Asetek external cooling liquid reservoir connected to the processor(s) gfx cards and hopefully the ram if I can find the right ram cooling space for the liquid cooling.

GFx - Dual GFx cards of the best ranking top geared Nvidia brand. Doesn't need to be the newest if something slightly older can do better with all the cooling I'll have but newer will prolly be better right?

Ram - Corsair or Patriot (heard good things) DDR3 best of the best. Though some are claiming DDR2 is better atm there are a few of the DDR3 brand taking over.

HD - Primary 300Gig Solid State but anything more stable with less space and less heat with more speed is preferred and can always add a regular 'ol 500 gig HD 7200 rpm dealio. I don't need that much storage space.

Case - Unknown, thinking of cooler master but I only go with black but style like the Acer predator makes me change my ways as long as the spray paint will allow. I prefer the cool cord management of some of the newer cases where the cords all run down the back and come out the bottom of the case in one place.

Processor - 3.2 Dual/Quad Core Minimum. Pentium processor. Steep Price climb if I get 4 of them and I may just have to stick with an ATI 1 or 2 processor Motherboard at the price of these and make life easy but I can dream

OS - I will just install my copy of Windows xp home on it and then download Windows 7 onto it and purchase the full version when it is released. Completely bypassing Vista even though I want to be able to handle 64 bit processing. I believe that Windows 7 will be handling that though. If thats not a good idea then I will just get Windows XP Pro until its more feasible though that will under perform for all that the computer will be able to handle. Does anyone think Vista 64 edition would be wiser because I loathe Vista.

P.S. I wish I knew more about Going Rogue so I could make sure I have extras that GR might take advantage of but I am thinking top of the line for everything should be able to handle it all eh?

    Issue 13: BUGS

Feature Name or Description: Char for Epic Hero Pool Flame Mastery

    Server: Pinnacle
    Zone:All
    Character name:Ilconke
    Time:Every time
    Location:All locations
    Mission:All missions
    Mission Contact:n/a
Bug Description: The Flame Mastery Version of char is taking a long time to travel to its target when clicked, animation wise and damage/effect wise. It travels about as fast as someone running at regular speed in game. It also doesn't do any holds or dmg until it hits so it seems its animation time is very long. Before it used to hit the target almost as immediately as it was cast but now takes a very long time. I asked others and apparently its happening with controller version of char as well.
