I'm a support player so Corr's and Fender's take number 1 spot. PB's are just fun as helz for me to play and my MM is meh AV/GM killer and soloing them is just fun. But realy top 5 is almost a tie for me, and I enjoy playing all the other AT's sept for VEAT's. Can't realy stand them. -
Just my 2 cents on what MM to choose I rolled a Merc/Dark when CoV came out and it is still my fav. Can run normal missions, solo AV/GM's, does great on trials. Darks AoE heal is great for a starter MM, and the rest has nice control and debuff (remeber the dark rez and heal both have a -regen on them). Mercs are a solid set and later on if you want sets a Achilles Heel -res proc in Soldiers is just sweet.

I've been out of PvP for almost a year and thinking of rolling a tank or brute for RV. Wondering if I should go Fire or Elec armor? Also is there any Incarnate I should look into before I go into PvP?
Help with either question would be helpful. Thanks -
Psi/EM blaster should give ya the hard hitting you wanted. If you want to team up Sonic/therm should work for you.

Ive done some work on bases i know a few tricks like the floating safe and water. But in a new SG thats just starting up and we are thinking of a light house theme, so i thought i would come here and ask, what would some of you do to make it look like a lighthouse(like what kinds of walls and floor). thanks for any advise.

Finish grabbing all your powers and slots first, and get some KB procs. We can go from there.

The Devs did say some thing about futzing with PvP after GR is out I'm wondering is their change to PvP going to consist of the Incarnate system? Since I18 is a slap in the face.

Do you have Mid's? If you put a Mid's build up you might get a little more help. And if this is your first PVP toon I would say save it for a bit and practise on a blaster (starting on a scrapper you pick up a lot of bad PvP habits).

So yeah please look at the bigger picture here, take into consideration how many people are actually "hardcore" PvPers, the history of arena PvP, how many noob fight clubbers/zoners there are, what's the end goal for devs when looking at PvP, PvP numbers, statistics, and bugs, etc. I didn't say jack when people noticed the placate proc being bugged because there was reasoning behind it. Everyone's entitled to an opinion but most importantly express reasoning, an understanding of the larger picture, and a foward thought process when making opinions. i.e; even if "I" like mezz prot/mag how many different players of different skill level and strategies will that affect? how many would it benefit? There's a lot of bigotry in PvP for a lot of the "noobs" (like in any game), and i've been found guilty some of the times, but if this game is going to grow past 4v4 kick balls on a prime time thursday night (freedom), we are going to have to educate newbies and treat them as equals because the devs don't care if your a 1337 or a nub and neither should we. To them you both pay them $15 a month each account and both have 3 accounts for farming. This shiet should all be old news. /rant
An as for the "10,000+ badging noobs" most of them are sitting in Atles and Cap. with no travil power and 10 AE badges kissing the Devs ***** on the PvE forms. I would say that PvPers have more badges cause of needing them for accolades.
If you want the big picture its that PvP has always took a back seat to PvE, and for one sec. the PvP community would like the Devs to accnolage that there is even PvP in this game.

It might of just been hot air but I though I read/herd some where(back in I15 or around then) that in I19 they were going to look into PvP. Sadly the first thing that came to my mind was *crap the devs are going to screw with PvP again!*.

Get damage Procs for your attacks, helps out alot. I use 3 devs., 2 damage procs and a hammy in my frist two attacks and 5 apocs and a damage proc in cosmic blast.

Hmm..might stick a little into my scrapper and Lv up my Blaster if it should epic fail. Stoped Playing scrappers when DR hit my MA/WP and i started my fire/TA (but im kinda glad i did, since i lerned a hell of a lot more about PvPing from him than scrappers) so i will take a look at both, thanks Borderline an Max.

I have one in freedom thats Lv28 i guess i should Lv up, just i realy suck at playing blasters(havent had my *** handed to me enuf) so ill have to see if there are any kickball groups on victory(lol) or test, prolly end up just spending the $10 and moving and lern to play him like i lerned with the rest of my toons. Thanks though had forgot about my blaster.
