well, time to rethink the I/O sets.

I'm trying to build a perma dom and ran into this glitch. Under Powers/Combat Attributes/Base its says I have 37.50% overall recharge rate. I should have 42.50%

Heres the breakdown of my I/0 sets so far (just recharge rates):

6.25% expedient reinforcements (fire imps)
6.25% posi blast (psyhic scream)
5.00% efficacy ad (drain psyche)
5.00% imperv skin (tough)
5.00% red fortune (weave)
5.00% obliteration (dark consumption)
5.00% Imperv skin (dark embrace)
5.00% Adj Targeting (soul drain)

42.50% <- total right?

Can u not stack the same I/O set? since I have 2 sets of impervious skin? what is the deal?

I team alot so I went with AR/Pain and took it to Level 50. I also took Hasten and Assault and Web Grenade with my build, so I get another Damage Buff, an Immoblize and speed up all my recharge times. Ignite, Flamethrower, and Full Auto are up for every mob (sometimes multiple times) and do great damage. I have a blast playing this toon and get alot of invites to team.

I'm a 45 month Veteran-
I have to give the new Hollows a thumbs down. Mishes close together? The second mish i got was across the map vs. CoT.
YEA Circle of Thorns the group EVERY SINGLE PLAYER I KNOW IN THE GAME HATES - do a poll!!! YAY lets give the players more CoT!!! YAY!! CoT are SO much fun at low levels!!!
I had a team of 7 set on Heroic and was wiped by spammed holds and 2 shot deaths. So we all Hospitaled and ran across the map AGAIN only to be wiped AGAIN - not fun - I HATE the new Hollows I won't be back.
