I usually shoot for the Ach Heel proc, and recharge. I have the Dev proc since mine are Corr and Defenders. But having more than one out in long fights is great. The damage procs are okay, but I'd rather have more than one out, or be able to drop one every mob.

Thugs/Storm was the only MM combo that was able to keep my interest all the way to 50. The chaos of Storm worked well with the ranged offensive onslaught of Thugs, with the Bruiser to chase down runners if need be.

There are like 3 shows I currently watch...otherwise, I'm watching old shows online...right now happens to be Star Trek Voyager.

Like others have said, Domination isn't just about its boost to your control powers. Personally, I like the mez protection from it more than anything else.
