I'm in two of those piccies, the purple santa
Anyway, i couldn't make it to the start because of a TF, but the scavenger was pretty fun and arena was pretty successfull, although two of the events i started crashed
GJ guys. -
my idea was kinda very nice: /friend the next clue and if he is near, you'd know it
anyway, good job on the scavanger hunt, was a blast -
So the correct list is:
Double Shade (warshade)
Raziel. (controller)
Snow/Fallen-Angel (blaster/warshade)
Entity of Light (peacebringer)
Protector (Scrapper)
Ms. Personality (defeneder - healer)
Unit Nine (defender)
Kaya X (defender)
Luc Sr. (tanker)
Capt. Inferno (tanker)
Well, i know there are 10 people, but we will try and work it out tommorow noon, and see who will show up. -
Well, its time for this TF to run again. Level 44-50, the time is Friday the 30th, at 1PM, and it is about 4-8 hours (although there were attempts that ran longer, *ahem*). 5 AVs, Badge for the TF itself, a lot of fun.
The reserved list includes:
Double Shade (who else?)
Snow Angel, a blaster
Raziel (might show as one of his 50s)
Unit Nine, a defender if i'm not mistaken
Ms. Personality, will be there to heal us.
Protector, a scrapper.
Although this is a big reservation list, there might be some last-minute drops, and we do need a full 8 to start and more then a few to finish, due to the AVs.
Sign up, please. You are all welcome. -
Mass Sleep powers FTW, then I hold the rest and start on a blapping Rampage
-
Damn, I missed it
sorry folks, but 2AM is too much for me considering I woke up at 7AM.
Gratz anyway, i'm proud of you -
Heya, i'll bring my WS just to see you guys ding it together
-
Merry chrismas for whoever play this game to have fun, and not *just* gain level.

Thank you all for your positive comments. The work I've put up for this guide paid off as every day I log into CoH, people ask me for their advices after reading my guide, even on alts. It really, pleases me to find out how many people have read my guide, as I got no negative responses on the guide yet. So thank you all very much, and if you have any questions, please ask me.
PS, I'm working on a Peacebringer atm, and who knows, maybe i'll make a PB guide someday -
Well, I might be a girl(I'm a wimp), a Kid(16 years old, thank you very much), and a PL(not really...), but after getting that WS to 50(very satisfiying I might add), I'm going back for that PB and leveling it to 50.
-
Sent you a PM a few weeks ago, Disco, yet got no response. Let me know what i need to do (if anything), because RL might interfere with the raid, so i'd like to plan my time before the raid, so knowing if I get an important job is importent for me. hope you understand.

I don't think I can make it, got a 3 hours long math test sunday, so I need to learn some trig
Sorry I cacneled out, maybe next time -
I might agree with nef here: I enjoyed my WS most of the time, with or without eclipse. Trip to 6 is as short as it should be, then Nova makes it a breeze to 20, and the Dwarf is a semi-tanker that makes things easier and quite resistance to everything, with or without eclipse. Then, as we all know, ED came along
Regardless, the damage resistance is still as good as a normal inv tanker, and after two blasters I found that enough to hold myself alive, most of the times anyway... -
Signing my Warshade in for this one. If, by any chance, RL will come in the way, I'll let you know beforehand and delete myself from the list
-
Well, WS's dwarf got the dwarf mire which is a HUGH and importent part from the WS's buffs, and his heal is anchor (from another enemy, not auto-hit), whereas, if i'm not mistaken, the PB has a PBAoE and a self heal that doesn't require enemies to fire.
-
They are nothing alike. yes, it is the same in the first levels, and the nova's are pretty much the same, but then they are just different - but it is still the same basic 'epic' powers.
Warshades do a lot of self-buff stuff, and a lot is all about foes, dead or alive. I've written a guide about my WS, and it should be around this board.
Peacebringers are the easier path - scrapping and self-buffs which don't require enemies to fire, heals and that sort of stuff. they will be the easy path for an empath, because i havn't seen a lot of empathish WSs around.
It is all about style: if you want pure melee damage and some buffs, or PvP, PB is yours to take. However, WSs are harder, and around the 30s they are the stronger side of aliens, which uses a lot of damage and control powers to benifit yourself only.
Read the guides, they all speak the same language
Edit: BTW, I did found out that around the 30s, it was MUCH easier for me to hunt big groups (8+ of enemies) around brickstown, then the 3 enemies inside the missions, and it is well known that invincible reputation and hunting gives better xp then missions -> quick leveling around the slow 35-38. -
Well, it DOES take about an hour to set the teams, so someone, maybe the orginizing leader, can take over while the teams are forming, and you can jump along
-
7PM will do so much better for us GMT+2 - there are planty of us around Union, an entire community - but it isn't a must, i can only stay awake for as long as 10PM. so, if it is possible, 7PM will do a great deal in bringing some GMT+2 folks.
Also, already signed up with either of my 50s, but will PM you right away for some advices -
She is so sweet, congratz buddy. Don't let us down and bring us more pictures soon
-
Indeed. it was only when we reached the second mission did I realise I was on Invincible
Nontheless, went smoothly and pretty good - reactor is boring even on the invincible. -
Well, i'll log on at 8Pm sharp, with FrozenPower, so i'll contact you (or you contact me, whatever is first)
-
OHHH, you reached the 5-0... gratz dude
-
won't be able to join you in this one as I will be in school (yes, it is sunday), but I will see you monday, 8PM.
