I wish we could run a co-op team for the halloween events... I still have one villain who needs the banner and zombie badges.

Thanks to all who joined the event yesterday! Big thanks to @Lurker Above for helping me organize a 2nd concurrent team for awhile. We managed to field enough players for 2 banner events, 2 zombie spawns, and numerous GM defeats (including Scrapyard and Deathsurge, who both made the mistake of taunting us).

The Holloween Event is almost over and the Rogue Isles GM Enforcement Squad will be gearing up to hunt. Should banners and aspects appear, they will also be relieved from their suffering.

Who: Villains (all levels)
What: Giant Monster Hunt; Eochai, Jack, Banners, Mystic Aspects
When: Sunday 11/08/2009 3:00PM - 6:00 PM Eastern
Where: St. Martial (preferred), Sharkhead (alternate)
Raid Leaders: @devast8tor

The rule of engagement for GM's: We don't start the attack until all teams report ready. Team leaders, please check-in with the Raid Leader when forming or dissolving. This is a round-robin style event. Feel free to switch out characters as you wish. The more teams we have, the faster Banners we will break. Order of preference will be St. Martial and Sharkhead, since these zones are relatively easy to navigate.

Feel free to send a tell to get status updates, join the team, or start another and join the fight.

Thanks to those of you who came out for the event! Turnout was lower than I hoped, perhaps scheduled too late? We had great success GM hunting, but banners and zombies were hampered by long periods of inactivity.

I still need event badges on 3 more villains, so I may try to put something together again tomorrow afternoon.

Ack! It's over? Bummer... Hope everyone had fun!

Do we have enough interest to warrant a villain monster hunt on Liberty? Vaxin and I happened to catch Jack in Grandville last weekend but we were both lamenting the fact that there doesn't seem to be much interest (nor enough active players) to effectively tackle the DA and ZA zone events.

Please post if you'd be willing to participate or run a villain team for hunting GMs and participating in DA and ZA events. If there is enough interest, I'll see about scheduling something opposite/complimentary to Valor's scheduled event on Saturday 11/7.

Congrats on the successful run, sorry I missed it! I didn't have a toon high enough to help.

I think my defender is 40 and my WS is 36. I'll be on most of the day tomorrow (taking a day off from work) and on randomly Saturday according to my highly scientific schedule of whimsy.

I may not be able to make this after all, I just realized your start time was EST and I have a play test scheduled for a different game at that time. I'll come if the play test falls through, otherwise, good luck!

Started on Guardian and followed friends here a few years ago. I have been around since Issue 3, but I've also taken about two years off between RL conflicts and burnout. I have really focused on playing villains since the game launched and have not played heroes again until recently. The low villain population on this server has made it difficult to keep my interest at times. At our highest point, there were probably 30 of us together (with countless alts) but there are only a few of us left now. Most have moved on to other games, some have given up on gaming entirely, and some have simply passed on.

We had a great time again, these TF runs have been drawing some top caliber talent from Liberty's ranks. Thanks again for hosting and organizing this event!
