I watched an Arachnos agent bounce all over the "Cake" room between levels like Speedy Gonzales after being knocked back. And the things that happened to the Winter Lord this past season--unspeakable evil.

You, yes, you, Mr. Night Hornet ARE an atist. Don't forget it.

Though never a big States fan, that is some seriously nice work.

Nice one. Happy Christmas or Humbug to you as well. :-)

To satisfy curiosity I may have caused. I was definitely in AP in front of City Hall and continued around the zone. It was a lvl 4 MM named BiteMe--so, I'm pretty sure it wasn't a dev messing around.
I have gotten a posting in the actual forum, so, I will keep any further mention of this there--though I've received no feedback on it. The Mods can delete this entire conversation if they like, I won't take it personally. -
I looked through the feedback and am more than aware that this isn't the place, but for some reason, couldn't post there. Just looking to see if anyone else had the same experience or if I missed some earth-shattering, deal breaking announcement like general PvP in all areas. Hoping it is just a bug that they aren't talking about.

I've scoured the I21 pages looking for a mention of this, but it seems I spent more time this morning in VIP Beta fending off PvP attacks than playing the game in Atlas Park--yes--Atlas Park.
Not happy. Not even amused. Can't find a mention of this anywhere.
Can anyone clue me in?
Thanks. -
Bubba is just trying to give you the time you need to do your best work.

Love Safety Officer Steve and Undersecretary Live--post a pic of her. They could be the new Arachnos power couple.

I simply remapped my image capture in-game to ctrl-p and it has been fine.
Here are some visual underwater characters I put together once:
As far as power sets at the time I thought mostly SS/invul tank, though SS/WP has won my player's heart. The armored underwater guys could be almost anything now that you can color your sets. In fact, NOW I have to go play with colors and power sets to see what works best. The drippy aura from the steam punk pack, of course, would work for dripping water if colored properly--I've seen it used effectively as blood, so it should do water well.
Pulp characters abound here and have been done in several different styles:
Some of mine are:
Plus, my only 50 after 7 years of this game began as a pulp character with suit and fedora and moved into a golden age style costume that I like best.
Will come back for more discussion on this.
