*Flips Entropy off*
*Feasts on the flesh of his dead CoT foes before finding his way out of the caves.*

What was that for? -
"Tsk tsk," Klaus muttered, his gloves still glowing.
He pulled a small syringe from his tool belt.
"Trust me, he needs this." Klaus said with a smile. He brought the syringe over to his patient and injected the archon in the sohulder.
"In a few seconds your body will feel the affects of the toxin. Every nerve in your body will burn like it's on fire. You will feel pain like you've never felt before. This is your last chance to tell me what I want to know. Where is ze zity reprezentative? Vat is ze relevance of zis newspaper article to ze tape recorder?"
As he spoke the Archon would be starting to feel the affects of the serum. -
"Want some ice champ?" Klaus said, conjuring a literal ice pack. Upon seeing hobo ned's reaction and hearing his threats Klaus decided to back off. Instead he walked over to the Archon.
He pointed a gloved hand at the Archon's own jewels.
Suddenly they were frozen.
That wasn't all, Klaus froze everything from there up to the Archon's chest.
"Hypothermia, nasty way to go...tell us vat ve vant to know, and maybe you liiive." -
((Aww, no one comes to see my world. Except, mine probably isn't as cool as Diov's...))
Darkvapor followed the tour, taking special note to memorize the locations of each building. As the tour droned on Darkvapor was able to get a feel for the land.
"No offense," he said, when the tour was finally at it's end, "but I doubt we'll be staying long." -
Hammerhead and Ghost turned to look at each other.
"Plan B?"
"Plan B."
-------------
HK 48 reappeared out of thin air in between the two HVAS suits.
------------
Scarab barely had time to register Ineffable's disappearance before the ceiling piece came crashing down. He gave a grunt as the slab hit him with amazing force.
He raised both hands to try and stop the concrete from squishing him. He felt his muscles straining against the weight of the object, and he knew he could never hope to keep it up for any long period of time. Instead he tried to tip it over so it fell away from him.
If Ineffable or Acid looked, they would see that Scarab's armor had once again changed color. It was now an ocean blue.
The spell would give him a sort of early warning before his opponent could strike, giving him an edge.
He raised his hand to his headset.
"Plan B."
------------
If the Rikti was still reading his thoughts, he would find that Hammerhead wasn't planning anything, but instead was concentrating on something. A name.
Radiator.
Suddenly the overcoat and the body wrappings burst into flames. Ghost similarly backed away from the Task Force in front of him.
Radiator/Hammerhead looked around the room at the assorted heroes/villains/assorted Vanguard personnel. He decided he'd take his chances.
--------------------
At the exact same time HK 48 made his move. He ran straight for the portal. A pink android exited it, walking directly into his path. 48 sidestepped, running right past Essex.
On his way out he tossed something at her. It was a rather strange object. It was a shiny metallic black sphere with a somewhat devilish smiley face drawn on it.
When she caught it she would hear the device give a beep. The actual purpose of the device wasn't apparent until after 48 had gone through the portal.
A cold hearted metallic voice spoke up. "Hello, this unit's designation is 666, what is yours?"
---------------
Radiator brought both his arms in close to his chest. Anyone in the room with a geiger counter would have found that the glowing green energy swirling around his arms wasn't for show.
Ghost had quite literally vanished, having phase shifted. Whatever it was that Radiator was preparing to do, it didn't look good for those in the makeshift command center... -

*Throws Chameleon into a vat of acid.
*rezes Entropy*
*Oh and for good measure, cuts Chaotic's bloody boody with a chainsaw. -
*Spaceship returns to Earth, crash landing on Hamidon. The resulting explosion kills both myself and Entropy*
Damn anti-matter cores! -
What the deuce?
Since it will take about ten minutes for everything on Earth to actually "freeze" our intrepid hero quickly rushes to his space ship, having prepared for such a possible attack.
*Space ship runs Burning over on it's way out of the solar system* -
*Pushes Entropy into the sun*
*Snaps Chameleon's neck when he isn't looking.*
HAHA! Victory is mine! -

*Karate Chops Entropy in the throat while he is eating the sushi, making him spit the sushi out*
*Cuts Entropy's internal organs minus his heart out and put each one into a little jar that is then sold on the black market*
How do like it now? -
*Rez*
*Rips Entropy's heart out. Squishes it in the palm of his hand*
Haha! -
Very nice work. Makes an ordinary battle seem far more interesting.

Scarab felt the sudden weight pressing down on both his arm and his blade as the weapon was flung aside by the brute. Scarab hadn't expected such a defense and was caught rather off guard by the move.
Thankfully his training in ninjisu gave him an edge in this battle. Instincts kicked in and he was able to both dodge the incoming counterattack and regain control of his blade. He did a sort of roll across the floor, his blade clanging against the ground as he did so.
Now the brute may have thought that his dangerous touch could burn through the sword, but that was highly unlikely. The blades had been made in some of the hotest places in the galaxy, and had been perfected through a variety of spells and treatments. They had been refined into almost perfect weapons.
Scarab was less confident about his armor though. He took a few cautious moves away from his opponent, bringing both blades up into a defensive position. His original plan having been dashed to pieces he was already forming a second. -
((Wait, isn't Randall back with the others?))

Two days later Darkvapor's condition hadn't improved much. He was slowly dying, and from what the doctors could discern, it was going to be an excruciatingly painful way to go. Vapor's symbiote was doing it's best, but apparently it was never meant to fix such a large wound. That's what the dark lord's personal team of medics was for.
No, the host would surely die. The doctors had all agreed on that much. The only question now, was what to do with the symbiote. Clearly it was the true Darkvapor, not the host. They might be able to extract the symbiote from the host, but it would be a messy proceedure, and from what little they had discerned from Darkvapor when he was actually conscious told them that he would not live long outside a host.
And so the search for a host began. The team of medical experts poured through thousands of medical files looking for potential host candidates. They even consulted with their patient, asking for any criteria they might need to meet. He informed them that his host had to be in good physical condition. They had to be willing to consent to the symbiote's will. The host had to also be relatively young. Ideally Darkvapor wanted a man age 20-30 as a host.
After they had compiled a list of people they packaged up the list of candidates and then showed their files to the sickly symbiote. They asked Darkvapor for his input and he gave it. He turned down all but three candidates just by looking at them. The last three he took time to actually read the profile of.
Eventually Darkvapor pointed to the picture of the last candidate. "This one." he said in a low voice. -
Ineffable had taken an enormous risk touching Scarab. The risk became substantially greater when you factored in the fact that Ineffable foolishly gave Scarab a chance.
Scarab's armor glowed red for a second.
Suddenly all unused power was transfered to a single region, namely, Ineffable's hand. The power was enormous and it probably gave him one hell of a shock. Nothing to dangerous, but if he held on for much longer he'd be in a world of pain.
Even if he retracted though he'd still feel where the unearthly energies had touched his hand. That said, Scarab made his move. Twisting free of Ineffable's grip Scarab hit the floor. Like any good swordsman he took a few steps back from both of his opponents. He had to keep an eye on two people now, something both extremely risky and if he succeeded, very profitable.
He tightened his grip on his blades. He took in one more deep breath. Then he struck. With both elegance and precision he attacked, trying to slash at Ineffable's left side while keeping his other sword in a defensive position near his side. -
"I'll tell you what happened," Klaus began, his rage beginning to boil over. "It seems ze little blaster can't control his powers. I teleported him to the ruins of my old lab in the hopes of controlling his explosion. It was no fault on my part that he went nova on us!"
Klaus listened intently to the tape.
At the sound of the Archon's entrance Klaus spun round on his heels. He saw the Council commander get clotheslined and smiled. "Auswitch, you fool, what the hell have you gotten yourself into zis time?" -
Kshk.
Audible even over the roar of machinery was the sound of the twin blades sliding into play.
Scarab pounced upon his prey like a savage animal. His armor had changed from a deep gold to a murky black. His two blades had repositioned from their place behind his wrists and were now held on tightly by the assasin.
The blades were specially designed to penetrate almost any armor. The mercenary doubted that his prey would stand any better chance than all the other people he'd killed, but deep down he had a bad feeling that Acid was no ordinary prey. -
HOLY COW! That site is so frigging messed up!
*Dies laughing again and a again* -
Darkvapor nodded. Reaching into his blazer's pocket he extracted a black palmtop computer. After a brief pause where he thought he might have lost the coordinates he found them.
"It appears I still have the coordinates to the Dimension of Mists. We can go as soon as we have the team." -
*Dies*

What the hell? Did a bad pun just kill me?
Oh it's you again.
