"You, human, have helped me. In gratitude for that, I will not hurt you." Her eyes, a pretty bright blue, flicked to him. She wanted to believe him. She so desperately wanted to believe that she would survive this and return to her life. He let her believe it until he felt Trix press into his legs. His little imp knew the game. He took his hand from the human's face and reached to stroke Trix's hair. "Trix. You may now touch the human."
How utterly and deliciously evil that was!!!

    Excellent excellent chapter!

"What do you want, you wretched pox-ridden harpy!"
made me laugh out loud. I could just hear it!

I've extended Beefcake the offer of an account that he himself can host the files from so he can control versioning.

Hyper, I don't care what anyone else says, I think you are DE AWESOME! *hugs*
  10. *eyes narrowed* I REALLY REALLY hope to see Jagged get his.

And they thought Six was a ****. *frowns*
  11. *smiles* I solo'd my WS almost exclusively from 1 to 50, mostly in nova form and did not take dwarf until a respec at lvl 44. It can be tough, but it's certainly not impossible to do. You just have to learn what they can and cannot do and work around their weaknesses. My WS was one of my favorite toons, and I am looking forward to crossing her over to red side.

I've never gotten a PB past lvl 20, so can't speak to that. Most people I know who have played both say a PB is definately tougher though. Depends on how challenging you want it to be! >.<
  12. I think the spirit world training was the bestest part of whole wonderful thing (chapter)!

But that doesn't change the fact that advertisement practice for the channels is "A few times the prior day and throughout the actual day of the event."
Players have to have some of the responsibility here. Despite the fact that some want everything spoon fed to them, it's just not possible. It's a community, which means everyone has to participate. I didn't come to the forums for years, until I figured out I was missing stuff. Doh!

Protector was my first home in this game. I still consider it "HOME", even tho I play elsewhere. Now pay attention... I spend the majority of my time on other servers now... BUT I STILL KNOW WHEN THERE IS GOING TO BE A RAID ON PROTECTOR. And so do most of the people I play with.

    So... advertising isnt' the problem.

Speaking ONLY FOR MYSELF, I stopped doing hami raids after trying the new one once or twice. FOR ME, they are no longer fun. I don't give a crap about the reward.. it was the old one's sense of fun I enjoyed. To use a southern term, "it was the visitin' I enjoyed". So, therefore I don't do them, anywhere. Lots of people love them. I CAN say this FOR MYSELF (I always feel the need to stress that I'm only speaking for me)... if it were back the old way, I'd be there on time every time to participate, either side. *nod nod*

Kid and all the others that put in the time and effort to lead these raids...

    .... *APPLAUSE*

It's a thankless job, and there's always someone to criticize. Usually, someone who does nothing. I applaud your efforts and thank you for doing it.
  15. Interesting...

    ...*gives T a quarter*
