  1. I really just wanted to say mad props to the texture artist(s) that worked on this new zone. They've done an awesome job giving the zone character! I hope the music guys were on top of their game for the zone as well. I think one of the weakest areas in this game is the music.

Looking forward to visiting First Ward!

  3. If you use War Mace/Energy Aura, every time you crit the message needs to say Critical Strong and Pretty!
  4. I actually want an Energy Melee Scrapper. I love the Energy Transfer animation!

It’s a project I’m interested in myself, and I’ll pass along the idea to the folks who schedule my tasks. And the FX team will definitely remember that players don’t like having their costumes obscured.
Oh wow! I certainly hope the folks in charge of your schedule give you time to work on a better Ice Armor!
  6. What? I can't use left mouse button as Camera Look?

You know what's even worse? Pick Stone Armor/Dual Blades on a Tank and use Whirling Typhoon. Not only do you jump several feet in the air when you are supposedly "rooted", but you also spin three times in the air before landing. Another incoming example? Martial Art's tier 9 attack, Eagle's Claw. Jump up several feet in the air, do a kick, and then backflip from the momentum of the kick.

Actually, I've got some insider info (no I don't) that one of the weapons for the Titan Weapons set is a Giant Trout. Finally, we'll have Trout Melee!

*slaps everyone with a bit of giant trout*

  9. Honestly, more than the numbers I'm interested in finally having a Scrapper with Super Strength. I want the animations, the sound effects, and the big glowie particle effects from Rage.

It was weird in the first place that Scrappers couldn't pick up Battle Axes and Brutes couldn't pick up Broadswords until Cosmic Power Proliferation came about, it's also weird that Scrappers can be Invulnerable but not have Super Strength. I mean, why can't Tanks even have Claws and Regen?
  10. Axor sounds like a speed metal band name.

  12. Just for giggles:
    Combining the two weapons

You can't seem to really find why you dislike Rage. First it was animation time and constant debuff. But Build Up has more animation time and a much worse "debuff". Now you mention it is because you have to manage clicking it occasionally, but if you actually use Build Up, you have to click Build Up and manage it much more than Rage, for much less effect.

Rage is much easier to manage than Build Up and is vastly more potent. The one reason I find Rage slightly harder to deal with than Build Up, you have not even mentioned (the endurance drop). You mentioned you won't even try it until it is changed because you think it looks obnoxious to deal with. Since you seem not to have actual experience using the power, I am trying to show you that it is not obnoxious to deal with, especially compared to Build Up.
    TL;DR
Armchair speculation on something you've not tried is bad, m'kay?

There's that too, plus some people prefer the larger and smaller server populations.
  15. As far as lag from high population, I think the way they've set up the servers now should dynamically get more or less hardware depending on each Server's load demands.

Spreading out the free population would be a good idea though. How about an Experience incentive instead for going to the lower populated servers? It doesn't have to be a large incentive. They could turn that off whenever they feel the servers are balanced.

I'm doing KM/EA for theme. My KM was made as KM/Inv as a compromise long before I even knew EA was headed to Scrappers, so now I'll remake them!

Aye, I wish they'd do that.
  19. So War Mace is faster Recharge and is more focused on AoE damage, is that what you guys are saying?

Still, I love that design. It's simple, stylised and above all I LOVE the overall shape of it. The weapon is long and slender, yet still looks like it has weight to it, and weight concentrated in the business end. It's also satisfyingly large. Mad props all the way!
It looks like it has weight, but then again I think Vanguard weapons are actually supposed to be pretty light because of their blade technology.

  22. Introduce Blade and Gun into the game and see how narrow and niche it is.
