Agreed that people should have their own motivation for attending, but what I think, is that like Galaxy Girl there needs to be a reason why it's *this location*.

The quick-history: GG started after Prize called a raid on Striga Isle, which some well-known old-timers such as War Crow, Zortel, Midnight Agent etc. went on. It was then decided that the Galaxy Girl statue would be used as ameeting place for heroes to stage further similar activities. (All IC of course) Thus, GG as we know it was born.

With the Clock-Tower, I'd say something similar should be attempted as background. Not as an exact science, but IC, not many villains are going to turn up to an apparently random spot.

Veskit's idea seemed suitable to me. Characters don't have to turn up *because* they want to combat Longbow, but they turn up because they know there's going to be others there due to the call-out.

Personally, I really wouldn't like this sort of thing. Sure, the Supergroups will have an easier time picking a candidate, but for all those unaligned, or like myself, in a one-man Supergroup, I don't think they'd want one singular person they may not even affiliate with to be in charge of a 'casting vote'

I'll place my interest in being nominated. Although I've been out of the game for a month or so due to single-player games needing doing, I am making a comeback, and I'm sure I can tone down my usual spamming in order to set a good example.

Yes, but I don't let that stop me. My En/Dev Blaster was level 49 when ED was put on the Live Servers, and I wasn't going to waste time and influence changing all my enhancements round that late in the game.

I still use him for misisons and Task Forces, and he's in no way 'disadvantaged' because he six-slots, it's just that the damage boost is now incredibly small. I'm still playing the same as I always did, and quite often defying the Blaster stereotype by being the last team-member standing.

Of course, all other characters I've amde since have been slotted to comply with ED, but as a matter of principle, and more importantly, choice, my Blaster stays as he is.

Thanks again for all the messages people, means a lot to me. Now, I'm going out for giant meal, in a bid to hopefully put on some weight.

For your last question, presuming they're hand-drawn, is to scan the pictures in to your computer, and then upload to a site such as Photobucket.

It requires a quick registration to use, but is completely free. Once they're uploaded, use the URL link for a picture and insert that into a post here using the URL option in the posting screen.
