AFAIK Hamidon hits trough any kind of Phaseshift power (tried Neb Form, Phase shift from the pool and Q Flight, dunno about temps but I think they're the same).

It'll hit you just as hard as if you went in there with no shields on. Hamidon deals untyped "Cytoplasmic" damage, which no shields have protection from, not even the "overcharge" ones like Eclipse, Light Form and Unstoppable.

I'm in, with 6 others. I can't say who just yet, but we're in. Just write "Paragon Defenders" for the team.

Thought server didn't matter, since we could fight on test? I'd have to have all my fights on test anyway, since that's where my dual build is.

Either way, I'm on Defiant for what little difference it makes.

Even if he misses 2 holds out of every 5, he's still going to chain hold someone once their mez protection has gone and any controller can stack over any mez protection in less than 30 seconds.

have 3 recharge 1 hold 2 acc myself..can break 2 break free's but powers like intergration are still a pain while my grav and fire do it with ease:P

Same 3 holds as any other troller set. The magnitude, recharge and duration are the same for all controller holds. The only difference is the animation, and Illusion has one of the shortest.

Take lots of blues if you want to use it. I found that I only really used it to drop on people in PuGs to confuse them, since the animation is nearly invisible and it made me laugh to see a scrapper chase a minion around the same room for 30 seconds, until my end ran out. It'll grab you as much aggro as disruption field will.

I have no idea, but I would assume not since you can run other toggle powers when you're resting. It's possible that the debuff stops applying, but I'm pretty sure the will toggle keeps running regardless.

Yes, same as FF, you have no sleep resistance. No, Health is really no help. The resistance from Health lowers the duration of the sleep after it's hit you rather than preventing it from mezzing you at all.

Yeah, the -resistance debuffs are unenhanceable. The numbers you have are pretty much right, and with Scream and Shriek slotted with 3 recharge plus all my other debuffs I could stack somewhere around -150% -res, which was nice.

Personally, I went /sonic because I liked the look of the set. Looking back now, I probably would have picked it anyway since the -resistance stacks really well with the -resistance from the primary.

Doesn't matter, No Travel Powers doesn't actually stop them from being switched on, it just moves the speed/flight/jump caps really low. Speed Boost, Siphon Speed and Inertial Reduction are affected as well.

I just don't see the point in entering a tournament where the winners are already layed out in front of you.

That wouldn't make any difference. If she wants to organize a competition, registering an account and posting is free as long as you have an active subscription.

As I said, something doesn't quite add up between this phantom organizer and the fact that the rules are seriously stacked for a controller with a self heal.
