Well that is something that can be easily argued, but to "take issue" with the statement is foolish, if you ask me.

Offense is created by the offended, not the offender. If nothing upsets or offends you, then guess what? Nobody has that power over you, and you lead a much happier life.
People GIVE others the power to hurt them. If someone is hurting you with words... simply take that power away from them. Give their words no weight or meaning. There, problem solved and you end up with an idiot that's ranting and raving his head off to no effect, wasting HIS time instead of yours. -

Under a strictly linear normalized DPE scheme, any powerset with significant, constant damage boosts would really stand out for DPE efficiency not just in their AT, but across the board. Super Strength (Rage), Claws (Follow Up), and of course, the entire Brute AT.
Of course, one could choose some sort of non-linear scheme. What to choose, of course, is the $64k question.

Actually Emberly, I've found that the interests actually have LITTLE to do with whether a relationship will work long term or not. Looking at the data here, you MIGHT be onto something here. To know for sure, we'd have to really take ALL the powers and figure this out, rather than just a random sample. Also, this doesn't account for a variety of things... like what the developers believe the role of the ATs are in comparison to the others. They may take OTHER things into account rather than just DPE when they decide whether a power is balanced or not, and they may readjust the DPE based on what else the powers DO. They may even be satisfied with these results, we don't know.
But see, this is what we call science... which uses actual evidence that can be quantified...
...as opposed to cryptic stories that can't be proven, or generalized arguments that can't be disproven because of the way the argument is worded. Facts, specific evidence, THIS is the kind of thing you need to cause a change to happen.... not anecdotes. -

And if she would play a musical instrument such like a Guitar or Flute, Violin etc. I love playing piano and mostly play be ear. I play what would be considered "Elevator Music". I have liked this kind of music since I was a kid. No metal or rap or reggae please. Any race is fine with me. Just please don't be from Ghana or Nigeria or Somalia. Especially if your going to use a water craft type of vessel to come see me eventually. You can be 32-46 years of age. I would prefer a feminine female if possible. Burly type, muscular bound with no neck is NOT what I seek. Please have real hair, normal skin ( no lizard skin please ), and a nice smile. Oh yeah....you need to be a happy woman in general. No depressed or suicidal tendancies wanted here. Single female or single mom is ok. I wont mind if you have up to 2 chidren. I get along well with children, kids, teens. Anyways.....that is all I wanted to add to this post. Tomorrow I am going to wrap tons of gifts to take to work on the 24th. If anyone that fits the description of what I seek.
