You can get the badge from someone else that has the latin student mission at level 1. I know this because when the mission transporter was first introduced, and people below 35 could enter cimerora, a friend of mine has the badge on a level 3, entered cimerora, and stood next to imperious.

Though I think you still wouldn't be able to do the ITF because I believe it has a minimum 35, like the Lady Grey has minimum 45...

They'll be bannable, but I doubt it will significantly reduce their numbers. My guess is that they're using accounts paid for by stolen credit cards, which means they don't care if they're banned.

But these changes will democratize the whole leveling process to a certain extent. People with two or three accounts won't be able to use perma-46s to level characters any faster than players with single accounts playing with friends. Which means RMTers will lose an important advantage.

This along with the ability to set team sizes will encourage players to run regular missions instead of AE, which will increase the supply of salvage and purple recipes. The removal of exploitative influence rewards from AE should also ease inflation on the market.
What they need to do is ban the spammers by IP address. It seems like an obvious solution to me? Just take the IP addresses that are repeatedly reported as spammers and ban them from accessing the servers at all.

Same as if someone goes AFK from TF/SF you can KICK them from the team if they are afk longer than like 5 minutes...
You can kick from a TF/SF, what I want is to be able to kick them when they are *offline* so that when someone ditches you can boot them and the spawn size won't remain larger.

I'd be willing to bet that if you looked at the numbers just before i14 and architect came out, you'd see that they were a lot larger.

Even look back to when the first Double XP was (can't remember, that was awhile ago. . .). While we didn't have the ability to freeze XP to bridge back then, several people would get to 46 themselves, then shoot up to 50 REALLY fast, because they bridged. On the server I play on at least, that was pretty much accepted, and people were excited when they could finally be asked to bridge. Most would put it in their search comment, as would the few that didn't want to.

So I guess my question is this, how is it going to effect the AE missions? Are you also eliminating what I'm going to call the "System Bridging"?
I hadn't considered this. You are right though.

    Actually, I beg to differ.

    So it goes to -1.

You're planning on doing this to the entire game?

I hope I have the wrong impression, as I love the sound of it otherwise. Removing the last of the restrictions around teaming is going to be a HUGE help. I just hope it can't lead to another AE-sized mess.
AE auto-sk's lowbies up to the *ideal maximum exp* level. This is going to auto sk to 1 level below the mission holder, not 5 levels below.

    PvP Feeding

    Heh.

I've never heard of anyone getting banned/deleted for farming PvP IOs. It's completely within the rules of the game, the only thing the devs can do is change it so that it can't happen.

I'm betting they will not sell inspirations in Bloody Bay anymore... soon.

Too lax as well takes the fun out of it.

Point here is to have a STRUCTURE. This is the first inception of this. Of course rules will be in place that will seem restrictive. We don't have the same resources Freedom does.

Like seriously....there aren't that many rules. It's simple. Nothing TOO complicated.

    1. make a team
    2. one member can't make it, reschedule or grab someone from a sub pool.

    See? Simple.
