No matter how many fake nerfs we invented on this thread... Wow, I never saw the actual nerf coming!
They nerfed EVERYTHING :> :> :>
That must be a new record! -
Fast Healing will be renamed Solar Recharge and will only add healing during CoH daytime.
Quick Recovery will be renamed Lunar Affinity and will only add endurance during CoH night-time.
Sting of the Wasp will have its damage reduced to further reflect the name of the power.
Brawl will have added Knockdown to suit the theme for Katana users.
Moment of Glory lasts longer than a moment, so will have the same duration as Build Up.
Build-up will reflect its name by increasing damage output on successive strikes for its duration, starting at 20% effectiveness.
Instant Healing will no longer be a 'state' but will actually do what its name implies: Heal you to full, then stop.
Phase Shift will drop you out of phase with all natural objects, including the floor. In this altered realm, travel powers will be ineffective, but there is added code to move you directly to the hospital once you've fallen 10k units. This is a further enhancement to the utility of Phase Shift in escaping difficult missions.
Invisibility will only be effective as long as you are not in line-of-sight of NPCs. We had this idea while watching Mystery Men. However, this power will now stack with Stealth for added protection.
Hasten will no longer affect powers, but will be a reduced form of Super Speed, in the same way that Hover is a reduced form of Flight.
Hover and Hasten will be mandatory pre-requisites for Super Speed and Flight.
Concealment powers will no longer stack with Integration, as your molecules will constantly fight to be reintegrated. -

Spooky... you even *sound* like Statesman! -

I can so envisage an anime based on this... -
> really do wish I could've seen Regen before now, it must've rocked the house hardcore.
Regen scrappers were the most overpowered AT on the game (circa I3)
I remember 6-slotting resilience, stealth, tough and weave, hasten and IH - and doing a better job than most tanks while pumping out quality dps.
We deserved the nerf-bat back then.
Now the pendulum has swung the other way, and Stealth is mitigated, resilience is worthless, IH is a click, Tough/Weave are neutered.
now we get creamed in crowds of mobs, because our defences are shot and we can't withstand an alpha strike. AVs can wipe us out unless we're MoGed, and even then we have to stare at stopwatches because our dps isn't ernough to do squat before the health ticks down to the Phase Shift/Bounce-back point.
(NB: Phase Shift + Invis is great for surviving when fighting with MoG - just remember nowadays you have to run away rather than wait for it to cycle)
Hardcore? We defined hardcore back then. -
Quick Recovery will remain as-is, but instead we will incur endurance penalties based on our health. the lower our health, the more stamina it will take to use our powers...
Also, death will incur a stamina debt as well as an xp debt. This will last up to 5 minutes, and will place a stamina debuff on us.
Critical hits by enemies will all have -stamina effects, as they sap our morale and will to continue fighting. -

Get him to go back to his contact and he should recieve the badge.

Shazan turned in the mission to the contact... And didn't get the badge.
Bug, Positron? Shazan asks that if data mining can't get her the badge, then at least reset the mission so she can do it again. She's a little distraught. -

So you can confirm that frontline is an outdoor mission? Can you also confirm that it is in the level 35-40 range?

Shazan got the mission at level 40. It was in an outdoor zone that was accessible as an 'extra' option at the train station. (Not Portal Corp)
I duoed and joined her (Im level 37) and I got 12K xp and the Frontline badge. But Shazan, who was in my team, never left the zone, and was fighting alongside me (and doing more damage) did not get the badge or xp or credit. She bugged it, and kept the mission complete in her contact list, but has heard nothing.

Aha! So the badge is given to the person who owns the mission at turn-in! - I will let Shazan know.
I must say, this makes things disturbing and scary for people if they don't know this is happening! -
Positron, yesterday I did the Portal mission to attack Oranbegans and received the Frontline badge. However, it was not my mission, it was Shazan on Freedom server's. Shazan did not get the badge, but I did (as Sodoshi).
So things are still a little screwy.
Shazan accused me of stealing her badge! :>
