From my limited experience of playing almost regularly with people using it, you must use it yourself, or you are nothing more than dirt. Well, they certainly treat you as dirt.

I used to have, with 2 recharges (back then when it allowed to keep four team mates perma-forted), but I changed it around I4/I5 to 3 recharge, 2 defense and 1 accuracy, because, frankly, sometimes you team with people who just can't hit a thing.

If you have room for me, I'll bring either an empath, or a scrapper, depending on what you need, defending or defeating.

Though I'm afraid the Agency isn't what is used to be; people have moved on, and not all have returned (yet), unlike you. But don't be worry, there's still a few of us around.

Yes, yes, empaths aren't blasters. But that doesn't mean empaths should not pick attacks from their secondaries; we have been given offensive secondary power sets for a reason.

I began picking powers from Dark Blast when I noticed the people I used to team with around late February and early March did not bother to do my missions. I had heard great stories of wonderfully written story arcs and missions, and I really wanted to experience them myself. When my teams didn't choose my missions (probably because I had outlevelled them, or they didn't consider my missions worth doing), I had to start soloing, and frankly, a basic blast and a snipe I had picked in my early 10's or so meant soloing was extremely difficult. To be able to successfully complete missions alone, I had to pick attacks, and slot them.

I haven't regretted my decisions.

I'll bring Lycricia there again, but I would prefer that we would do the SF on Saturday. I really don't know yet can I do it on Sunday, sorry.

My latest scrapper hasn't done the TF yet, so if you have room for Katianna, a level 33 scrapper, I'd be definately interested.
