Just made a claws/electric brute. What powers should i focus on for this type of character? get all 3 starting powers for claws?

Which starting power for Ninja Blade is better to pick up Gambler's Cut or Sting of the Wasp?

Is the Whirlwind power actually a useful power or just one of those useless but fun powers?

So i want to make a Nin/Nin Stalker and level it on and off with my claws/regen stalker, but from what i've heard, any type of weapon set is useless in endgame because of the higher lethal resistance. So question is, how good is Ninja Blade right now?

Been away from the game for two years but, why would i want to knock them into a corner/wall? And What would be the best Secondary if i like to stay and fight? I heard regen was great so that's why i chose it lol.

Yeah i have a lvl 11 DP on another server and then switched to a high populated one and got this one to 12. Empty Clips is useless to me. I 6 slotted the Miasma drain spell thing(Forgot name) with 3 Acc and 3 Healing. But what are good power pools for a corruptor? And is DP even any good at pvp?

So i have a DP/Dark Corruptor that is pretty strong. Question is, which are the best powers to get, and which are the worthless ones?

Thanks for the info. I havent played a stalker in about 2 years when i had spines, so what's a good secondary for a Claws Stalker that wants to stay after the initial AS?

Why is my stalker so squishy then? He can barely fight bosses at level 6. Let alone 3 minions.

So i recently made a Claws/Regen stalker, and i want to know how strong it is throughout all the levels. Is it one of those "meh" powersets or is it one that's good, but no one uses it?

I got it working yesterday using "CoHTweak" and i switched it to windowed mode and it works fine now. It's just full screen that wont work for some reason.

I tried all that and nothing really happened. =(

I've tried to update the driver for my graphics card and it says it's already up to date. Any ideas what to do? I'm not very good with computers

I've done safe mode and left it there for about an hour and it went to log in part after a while and then when i tried to click on anything it shuts off. My drivers are up to date but when i go to Device Manager it shows my PCI input device with a yellow exclamation point. Don't think the PCI would affect it but dunno.

Okay, so i've had city of villains before on a DIFFERENT computer that was pretty slow. And since i have a new one now, i'd like to get back into CoV so i went ahead and bought the Going Rogue pack for 30$. I did the updater thing and click next. Then it just sticks to loading screen. I left it loading for about an hour and a half and the log in came up. As soon as i click anything CoV Cuts OFF. Anyone PLEASE able to help? I've launched it then clicked anywhere on the screen and that cuts it off too.
