I"m having the same sort of problem.
I made a topic about it and it didn't attract any posts.

The user interface colors keep changing back to their defaults, red for villains etc, whenever I completely shutdown the game client and restart. I've tried changing them for each character and completely logging out. I've also tried saving options and window settings to no avail.

I made a bind to change them for each character when I log in.
/bind ` "windowcolor 115 115 115 140"

I submitted a petition in game, but it's only resulted in links to the knowledge base on graphics resolution. They haven't actually read my complaint I think.

The custom crab spider backpacks, and most custom armor pieces, have a reflection that is blue/green no matter what color you choose for them. So if I make my crab backpack black, on ultra mode it appears to be black/greenish blue due to the reflection. I wonder if they could fix that along with making my alt bane spider build have a cape, glowing crab helmet eyes, etc. >..<
