UI colors reset issue

The user interface colors keep changing back to their defaults, red for villains etc, whenever I completely shutdown the game client and restart. I've tried changing them for each character and completely logging out. I've also tried saving options and window settings to no avail. I made a bind to change them for each character when I log in, but that's a solution I'm not particularly satisfied with. >..>
