Solo, it's definitely faster. But in larger teams you get more xp from the larger spawns so it's worth clearing out whole missions. Exactly where the line is, I don't know. It depends on the ATs involved really.

Stalker teams can drop mobs quite fast, as long as they have AS. Build Up and Placate also helps, but we get that later
