some melee builds could work, it wasn't all lolmelee(kaiserin was a beast), with a few tweaks to some sets and how melee operated(they could've just made melee put the opponent in suppression) they could've made all melee work but I guess they just would just rather wreck everything fun instead.

i'd just go levianthan mastery so you can get hibernate and do well with dr on/off

for fourth power pool i always go leadership for +perc

I'm guessing it just went away after I stopped updating it, I haven't really looked for it, they delete threads after a while

i didn't really waste BU I think I just realized i was low on end and had to powersink or I was just trying to drain end, I know powersink is auto hit and doesn't need BU.

and I'm just going to stick with tf2 until dcuo comes out, everyone is telling me CO is very bad(for pvp)

also everything in the information thing i wrote is invalid now, my advice to doms for i13+ pvp is too spam thunderstrike :3

Oh, and I agree with the post entirely, but the chances the devs will care to se how they screwed up once again will be declined.

I keep getting the feeling this is turning into the NGE crisis, yet only with PvP.

I think it may be a few issues before we see any improvement.

phase was always a must for team pvp. whether or not you needed to use it is another question. back before i13 i only used to use it maybe once a match. i don't use it at all now even though i still have it. i use it more by accident then anything else.
