This is what I found by trial and error.

One problem I can see with it staying +1 pre 30's is the now infamous "power 10 enhancers". Will be np for those that can get them therby increasing their effectiveness,but what about those that have to wait 5-10 lvl more to get the SO's their toon requires?

That is an easy enough "fix",but will it be a "priority fix"?

No - the Status effects are not meant to be the way that things get "harder" in the overall sense. The current changes to Rikti and Nemesis bring them into line with the difficulty of other groups (Malta, Carnival). So now all groups are of equal difficulty (that's the goal!).

This is only my opinion but......if people truely had "FUN" fighting all those other mobs the Crash Site would be packed.You would hear broadcasts for team members to "stack" the Carnies and Malta missions.That isn't the case IMO.People gian in lvl's and get new powers to have them be useful in fights,not have them knocked off and be useless.

Just because it is in the game doesn't mean it is "fun"

You've hit the nail on the head! The more people who gang up on a SINGLE mob are obviously decrease their risk against that mob.

In City of Heroes, it's the sheer size of the spawn that counts...If you've got a bigger group, then go find a bigger spawn. Simple as that. But if a group of 4 heroes defeats 3 minions (which are designed for only a single hero), then they aren't getting much XP. Those 4 heroes should take their act to a Hazard zone, where the spawn sizes are appropriate for their team.

We did just that Statesmen...we call it herding....we do that because of the "purple patch".....
