Mael, would that stacked with other various + percept reach the stalker stealth cap tho? As i'd imagine the only reason to get extra +percept on any toon? (unless ofc you ahve none in the first place)

If anything imo its a hold therefore hold IO's should be acceptable, reason i ask is i removed it on emp thinking (pre IO Issue) that it'd take holds etc.

Ask in broadcast for an invite and head to the meeting point, if your without a team someone will invite you or, and as the case usually is; it is best to invite people without a teama nd fill them up fast.

I don't know if this is connected to other blade/regen users (if any exist) but I am REALLY fed up with both sets now.

#1 Blade : not only do I miss ALOT with 3 acc on each attack, but it's very slow (even with hasten) and the dmg is pathetic. Coupled with the fact that if you take out dmg to give recharge, you lose even more dmg which you didn't have much of.

#2 Few attacks in blade, your effectively wittled down to using AS,plac, soaring and golden. Problem yet again being loading, dmg and acc.

#3 regen on stalker.....bleh. Not enough HP to begin with, there isn't one recovery aspect of it, unlike other sets. (this being a stalker problem not just connected to my sets)

Spose what i'm saying is, why was this ever considered viable by Cryptic. Regen needs recovery, can lose resilience (I find that power completely useless) Blade needs more dmg, more acc, and flashing steel/gambit need a serious look at.

So atm, it's satying as it is utnil a fix appears (so never) and to ensure epic AT can be used (also in many years to come at present state of game/issues)

when we got a team vs that rikti AV in RWZ and my sc is the only one left. firstly tanking the AV then ganking waves, theng oing bk to gank the AV then going bk to the waves and finding doom etc xD
