understand what others say tho, but on defiant we do team in pvp, mainly dependant on what each side has going for it, i.e. the other day was tons of villains staring at us outside hero hospital xD Btw loving fights near bases, not the mobs close by tho, just that bit

Its a perfectly valid strategy for thinning out a large group of opponents bunched together and for grabbing an elusive player. There are also effective counter strategies and the accuracy seems pretty low anyway (actually, its probably about right). TPing in and out of bases depends on whether the devs want bases to be 100% safe zones, sticking an inpenitrable pff on someone when they are near the drones so they cant attack or be attacked would give us a safe zone. I like things the way they are just now, you can be port in/out, get attacked in your base, get sniped porting someone in, whats not fun with that? Possibly the only thing i'd change is make the hospital a 100% safe zone and remove players in base from the bounty system ie. they wont appear as anyone's bounty till they leave there base. The idea of making purple inspirations defend from tp foe is a good one as well, although i think he was maybe taking the mikey with it :P

It was very different today and I am sure I contributed to it, I entered the zone which was pretty spartan of heroes and a friend swapped sides to join me, no sooner than he had logged in than he was TPd out of base and ganked. This in itself put my back up and then they tried to tp me. I advised them not to do this or I would form a team they wouldnt like. Hospital TPing continued so I swapped to my warshade and droned anyone within range. I am sure those who know me will affirm my total dislike of base TPing and droning so for me to get the red mist up to the extent where i myself indulge in this practice is not regular occurance to say the least.

So I rpoceeded to keep the hospial area clear till my "squad" arrived when i got onto my controller and we pretty much laid waste to the land, it wasnt fun and I didnt enjoy it, someone was acting like a jerk and I projected my "annoyance" onto others.

Its a shame because it should ahve been a great day with lots of people in there and it actually boils down to one jerk base tping and snowballing from there as far as I can see.

I was certainly in much more of a "seek and destoy" mode then usual and apologised to many in game for my less than laid back attitude today.

why do it? surely thes epeople are obviously stupid and incapable of bloomin waiting >.<

devs should either remove it (from pvp zones) OR only allow its use 100 mrts out of of its range for base tp-gankage, e.g. say if tp foe has max range (3 SO's) at 500 mtrs, then if u go within 600 mtrs of a hero/villain base it should be greyed out, wuold stop droning/base tp'ing completely, AND i wont go mega insane shouting at people

Ok, tonight i went in BB with a goo friend brainz

first on both our blasters, which got pwn'ed being lvl 15 n 16, so i got my storm, at this point lots of peeps, bout 5-6+ (alot for BB these days!) ofc she got pwned, held, ranged etc.....

so i got my scrap :d brainz got his rad def...this is where it got mega fun

had a brute, corr and MM going at us, if the turrets werent there then no dmg would have got us XD

got better when another brute came in, DM/DA, but with my SR and -acc etc rad, he be a dead one stalker came in (with no stealth) slapped ;P

all in all, loved every minute of it if it was like that 80%+ of the time, i'd be bk in there like ashot, but for now and again its very nice

so summary : BB is becoming a nice (all-be-it low lvl) place to go nowadays
