The use of temp powers is where people have different opinions. Personally I have no problem with someone who says they soloed a challenge if they disclose that they used temp powers. To me that's still in the realm of soloing, it's just not quite as hardcore-mode as someone who doesn't use temps. Others dismiss this type of "soloing" since with a Shivan, Wolf, Vanguard HVAS, and Amy you practically can build up a little mini-team. The key is just being upfront and disclosing it.

I'd agree with MTS about the speed claim, though. When bragging about how -fast- you took down an AV using such temp powers, the time to acquire the powers should be figured in given how greatly they can tip the scale.

Frankly, though, I wish Shivans and Nukes and such had never gone into the game in the first place. Too many people these days seem to think they're -required- for running TFs.

You still haven't explained how your character is pulling more DPS than the AT is mathematically capable of even WITH nukes and shivans...

I should say that yes, Felicia is right on that part about knowledge of the game. But it helps for that knowledge to be, you know...truthful.

And challenging that claim isn't pointless. Giving the OP unrealistic expectations of how powerful characters should be does far more harm than good.

How convenient. You claim something that is flat-out impossible and when you're called out for proof, you tell us we "don't deserve proof". You're only destroying any slim chance of credibility you may have had there...

You state that the Cape and/or Aura mission is difficult to do solo at the level you obtain it ( Not if you know how to play the game ), but on the other hand claim to be able to solo high end AVs on a defender not only in under a minute, but multiples in less than a minute total.

Yeah, those of us who actually know how the game works know you're lying. "We don't deserve an answer"? More like you somehow were too naive to expect anyone to call you on your BS.

Edit: To note, I'm not saying it's impossible to solo an AV on a Dark Defender. However, the claimed rate on the particular AVs? Yes, it is impossible. I'd doubt even a fully slotted up scrapper could take them down that fast. Full -teams- can't reliably take them down that fast.

Virtue is one of the two most populated servers overall ( Second only to Freedom ), so it will tend to have a high villain population relative to others.

And, honestly, I am sure you can find plenty of non-AE farms on Freedom if you make the effort.

Except for the fact that polls can be easily manipulated to provide a desired result. Just about any set of statistics can be either manipulated or "interpreted" in a biased fashion.

Taunt ( Except for the actual taunt powers ) doesn't override fleeing in my experience. The taunt powers only override it in cases where any attack landing would cause the runner to stop.
